Staff was courteous, polite and understanding. The only issue is location which is little away from Jodhpur city and all the attractions. Food was good and economical, basically worth it.

Aesthetically beautiful, however, poor services. We stayed in this hotel for three nights and were not satisfied with our experience. Firstly, no wifi in the rooms or lobby. Secondly, the AC didn't work for one full night. Thirdly, prices in the menu card were outdated and we were charged almost double in the bills. Fourthly, needed to call the housekeeping twice for toilet paper and soap.

Big space, heritage palace, but in urgent need of revamp and upgrades. Rooms are extremely outdated, not maintained, under staffed, plus no service attitude at all. Food is extremely average A small 200 meters road from the main road is in shambles, can take a little initiative and fix that.

Our experience being a club mahindra member at this property has been worst. Room:- The room service is been pathetic and the rooms are very old standard. Food:- This was the worst food experience i had in any resort. The quality of food is totally zero standard. The rice served to us were totally expired and they were smelling bad. We would recommend club mahindra to delist this property as it is not up to the standard they have. If you want to add property like this in your portfolio then being your member is not at all worthy. I advice others on my experience not to visit this resort.

My experience at Pratap Niwas Jodhpur, Club Mahindra, was nothing short of a nightmare, leaving me with the worst experience I have ever had. I cannot give it anything more than a zero-star review. The issues I encountered during my stay were numerous and deeply disappointing. Firstly, the AC in my room was not functioning, leaving me to suffer in sweltering heat and discomfort. Despite notifying the staff, the problem remained unresolved, further exacerbating my frustration. Entire night we spent with no AC. The quality of food provided at the hotel was utterly pathetic. The tasteless and poorly prepared dishes not only failed to meet even basic culinary standards but also left me feeling unsatisfied and disappointed. It was a far cry from the quality I expected from a reputed establishment. Adding to my dismay was the shortage of staff, which was painfully evident. The limited number of employees struggled to handle the workload, resulting in slow and inefficient service throughout my stay. It was disheartening to witness the hardworking staff members who were available, but their efforts were ultimately futile due to the overall low quality of service and availability. To top it off, there was no wifi available during my stay, further isolating me from any form of connectivity and convenience. It was incredibly frustrating to be unable to access the internet for both personal and professional needs. Along with my own terrible experience, I observed that numerous other customers at Pratap Niwas Jodhpur, Club Mahindra, were also expressing their dissatisfaction. Seven to eight customers were seen complaining about various issues during their stay, further highlighting the overall poor quality of the establishment. The club house, which should have been a highlight of the amenities, was in a state of disrepair and not well-maintained. It was closed off, denying guests the opportunity to enjoy the facilities they had paid for. This neglect reflects a lack of attention to detail and a disregard for the comfort and enjoyment of the guests. While it is worth mentioning that the staff who were present showed a willingness to help, their efforts were undermined by the subpar quality of service and lack of resources. Pratap Niwas Jodhpur, Club Mahindra, failed to deliver even the most basic amenities and services expected from a hospitality establishment. It is evident that the management has failed to prioritize the comfort, satisfaction, and overall well-being of their guests. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel if you are seeking a pleasant and satisfactory experience.

I recently stayed at Club Mahindra's Pratap Nivas Palace in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, with my family, and I wanted to voice my appreciation of the staff for making our stay so memorable. I especially want to acknowledge Chef Narayan Puri's tireless efforts to create the most delicious recipes for the guests. We were overwhelmed by his kindness and consideration for each guest. His creations, particularly the classic Rajasthani Lal Maas was delectable with a fiery red Mathania chillies gravy cooked in pure ghee and redolent with spices, as was his delicious Jodhpuri Chicken Curry and creamy Yellow Dal. Every meal reached a triumphant finale with the dessert, and my daughter absolutely loved his original white chocolate and green peas concoction (which was conceived as an imaginative fusion of Italian and Rajasthani cuisine). Thank you Chef for making us feel so welcome, you are a great asset to Club Mahindra!

Excellent Place and extremely bad facilities. Hygiene standards very Poor. Rooms maintenance bad. Smells of Urination. Salty water from Taps. Housekeeping services needs overhaul change. Mini Freeze in the Rooms are not cleaned. Rooms including Bathrooms are not cleaned well. Linen old and requires change and/or Laundry. Huge Curtains, either remove them or requires shampooing. Cushions with stains, you don't even want to touch. Furniture is dusty, if you open the window, mosquito nets are filled with insects. No ventilation in Rooms, smells like a store room with no ventilation. Food below average, again Hygiene standard is extremely poor. Overall very disappointing experience. What a waste of such a beautiful property.

Property is really good. I had very bad experience in swimming pool. High level of chlorin in pool. Unexpected power cutoff more then 30 times in 2 days!! Good food and hospitality.
