Don't take there memberships they are doing frauds in the name of selling membership. They do fake promises before you pay for the membership but once the payment is done They deny whatever they were promising before . Please read all the terms and conditions before paying Don't go on the words of their salesperson they are trained by club mahindra to do fraud . One of their salesperson named- CHANDAN did the same with me .

It's a pure scam. I took a membership in the name of my wife. For new membership they can reach any where , anytime. Lots of promises made but non of them were true. And it's almost impossible to get booking of ur choice, although I was eligible for all bookings except purple seasons. And now when I am trying to cancel there is no response. Call centre people will tell that they have escalated on priority- hearing this for almost a month. Club Mahindra is pure thug and scam. Never opt for it. Beware!!!!

Good organization, wrong people associated. If you know how to utilize the membership, nothing better but if you are depending upon support, you will suffer. Resorts and the services there are awesome. The only weak part is support services in the office.

Such a pathetic experience i have never witnessed...No value to the customer moreover money with held for more than 6 months without any refund or even a response. Poorest of customer services...The corporate offices should be shut since they are of no help and Member Relations is just a term in the Dictionary of Club Mahindra without any meaning.......

The sales man of Mahindera club do well but the Account office branch do not do well. They do not read the forms filled by their correspondent. They deceive the customers. But this is bad thing that the customer sign the documents with out reading because they trust the salesmen and they don't give time to read it. and then customer bear a lot of difficulties. And above all it is very very difficulty to contact to the Mahinder club Correspondents to solve their problems

Club mahindra is fraud. Big disappointment and a scam.. I purchased a mahindra vehicle worth Rs20 lacs and got a gift voucher of club mahindra holidays. Tried availing that as im planing a trip to coorg by end of this month.. for same mahindra resort, rooms are available online but wen i try booking through thr site it says all book n no room available... and not just for this destination and time, just to check i tried all year round and other destinations but same result... sorry room not available... why do u even giv away vouchers when u hav no intentions of providing the said services.. wen u call thr customer care people for same issue. Instead of trying to find a solution to this problem thy tried selling me thr membership. Thn thy say that we will check and get back to u but no one reverts or calls u back with any information, not even to say sorry its not available...would have wanted to join the club but now i will suggest other people who r thinking of joining, that its a scam and nothing more so dont fall for it..

Firm is a fraud, takes money saying take a trail and signs you up with full policy and you dont get your money and nor the 50K INR you have given them. It has happened to me. There are also not much tour packages also. The only book hotels at places. The hotels also have a limited no. of days a year for the same amount that you give them, you can book yourself a better hotel than them.
