Club Mahindra Jaisalmer - Resort hotel in Jaisalmer - Jaisalmer, India

The resort is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff hospitality and responsiveness was commendable. Restaurant services were very good, and they had very sumptuous spreads for buffet breakfast . A memorable visit!!Rooms are good and clean spacious, Enjoyed our jaisalmer trip as travel desk provided excellent service for city .

To start with, The property is in a middle of nowhere...about 4 kms there is no road patch, though there is airport which is around 5 to 6 kms from the property. Because we were traveling with a group and therefore we thought that there will be a small daily need items shops will be near by. No complaints about room...Neat and clean, Staff is nice, was surprised to know after coming to the property that breakfast is not included in any property...ok fine but the food is hell expensive in the restaurant...even after paying for the food (A Maggie for 345 INR) the wait time is about 40 minutes. Attached image will give you a basic understanding on the water being served in a chipped bottle with RO or Normal Water with a tag of 30 INR. In house activities include - Swimming Pool, Badminton, Table Tennis, Volleyball, Pool and inhouse shops for traditional apparel. Travel Desk is there to offer you an amazing experience but remember if you are planning for a 3 days 2 nights trip will cost you about 20 grands with only the stay and activities along with the food for 2 pax. Plus the travel will be yours offcourse...One thing for sure that services are fair but the prices attached to it are not fair along with the food prices. PS - If you are ok with spending money and you are ok with spending money to a chauffeur driven car and are ok with spending hefty amount on 135 INR on a bottle of water then this place is nice and cosy.

Resort was good but Travel desk in Club Mahindra Jaisalmer is not good, They have charged much more money for desert safari and dinner on dunes but there was nothing and all money wasted there. No good Jeep safari , No camel Safari and below Avg dinner provided in Desert. Pls don't go with Travel desk based in Club Mahindra Jaisalmer, you will have good deals in Sam dunes for all these activities and these activities are very nominal but Travel desk Club Mahindra charged heavy amount , this looks cheating with guests. We also have logged feedback on reception and travel desk but nothing is done we checked in 6th Oct and check out on 8th Oct 2023.

It was happy experience.Service to Room needs improvement.Food manager Vinit was very cooperative.He prepared food of our choice.

Excellent resort. Has a haveli like set up. Not very far from the city. Well managed. Courteous staff. The only drawback that I see they don't serve liquor.

Everything is good ,location is out side city but if you have own vehicle then. Its great place to stay

As a member stay was good. But but the reception is always out of coverage or switch off.. the reach is difficult. They never call back to confirm if we are checking in. No activities were there.
