Very very worst experience from club mahindra .... They made us to pay advance for membership, Now not attending our calls and not responding for our msgs.. specially one Mr.Arunkumar from chennai branch cheating us for past 8 months. Didn't expect such a bad service from @club mahindra. not recommended at all- *cheaters* Thinking of going for a police complaint.

Very worst experience. They made us to pay the advance in order to get the membership. Especially the one with whom I dealt, Mr.Vignesh general manager from chennai branch .very worst that he didn't pick up my calls. They were cheating us since I got the membership.Very worst that I didn't expect from you cheaters. Don't recommend to any other person for the membership

Got interview call, so applied leave from my present company to attended the interview in club Mahindra. In first round some one interviewed me she does not tell her name and who is she( hr or production team) simply said your profile not match with us, then for what .... They asked me to attend the interview

Very very bad experience from club mahindra .... They gave pressure to us and made us to take membership ... and they told ua that we have some complimentary stay for two days also ... we took the membership after hearing their offers and all because we thought it will be help for our wedding which is gonna happen next month ... after all the cash settlement they are not attending our calls and not responding for our msgs.. specially one Mr.Thiru from chennai branch ... he literally cheated is ... then we went to the chennai office ... there one girl call kiruba also talkd us and said they will make the arrangements soon .. we trusted her and she made bookings for us ... later the offers which she told us changed nicely .. we are calling and asking daily ... she will respond and says within 2 days she will respond ... till now there is no change ... what should we do?! Now staffs are calling and asking the next payment of membership very bad @club mahindra ....

Very worst experiance. Executive giving fake promises and the basic plan will not be useful at all. Offering 2 different benefits, one is from company offer and another one is from branch. All branch benefits are fake. They will promise to discount annual maintenance charges but actually that is not possible and very year you need to pay minimum of 20k. If you are going for foreign trip your life is more pathetic. We can go for some 5 star hotel instead of this fake company who will treat us like king / queen. Here they will not even treat us like a human being. No one will respond for our queries and no one will take responsibility. Starting from executive till the manager all will give only fake promises. Its a worst management I have ever seen. Dont waste your money like how I wasted. Mathew, Rajaselvam and Mani Muthu to whom I spoke are all waste. Only Vignesh is responding to calls and messages but.not sure whether he is really working something in background or not. But will respond like he will update.... Everytime will tell only this..... But issues will not be resolved. Once you paid your money will not be refunded whether we are using service or not.... Paid amount is for them and they really dont care whether they are providing any service or not. Totally a bad experiance. Please save your money

My experience with the customer service executive was pathetic. We enrolled for membership and never utilised complimentary stay or the alloted holiday till date due to covid. I requested the executive to give the best add ons for the unutilised holidays, they were very rude and did not attend to my issue. I expected Club Mahindra to be a premium segment in club category, but they were not at all supportive and polite. Totally regret for having a membership with Club Mahindra.

Really, I don't know, how come this company has got 3+ rating. If google introduced a scale range from -10 to +10 to rate a company would have been much better. So that I could give -10 rating to this company. Such a worst company I ever seen. I have been following up with multiple people (Deva Kirupa, Raghavendran & few more) for more than 8 months for the refund but nothing happened yet. Even, Regional Manager Mr. Raghavendran who sits in Bangalore has no responsibility and accountability. When, I called a Regional Manager, even, he surprised me by responding like a junior person from a Customer Support team saying the concern team will call you. If you try multiple times then they will simply block your number. So, my suggestion is taking membership with Club Mahindra is equal to throwing money into a dustbin.

Hey Please kindly don't take membership with Club Mahindra. There is no customer service and support its like through your money into dustbin. They will convince you like that you have this and that offer on joining time. Then they will be no response once after your a member. So kindly be aware of it.
