Front Desks staff were extremely user friendly and rooms were of top notch. This is kids friendly property as it has kids play area along with swimming pool and other activities. Breakfast was of decent quantity and have lots of options. In nutshell, I can say very good property for leisure vacation. If you are traveling with two kids then please opt for their suite as it has sofa come bed which can sleep two people easily like queen size bed.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Value for money hotel. Buffet breakfast is Ok..not much variety. They offer only Veg food. Different spiritual books are kept in room for readers.
It was good experience, I read some negative reviews so I was worried but suite room was best. Good ambience and lobby. Swimming pool is nice from 3 ft to 5.5 ft so kids enjoyed it. It was easy to accomodate 4 people in room due to additional sofa cum bed. Mini bar has descent rates. Good and lavish veg breakfast. Library room and various play items are available so good to enjoy time with family. Only AC has problem in room.
Very bad place, almost fraudulent. Especially the management is very very rude. While taking membership they promise 100 things but don't deliver. They serve stale food and expired products. Rooms rarely get hot water. The place is surrounded by slums and mosquitoes. Prefer acres club instead.
This was my 4th, and final stay in this hotel. A person named Vivek, from the reception area, with master key, tried to enter our room during my stay. Stopped him though. When asked him, he told that he was trying to check if the room is dirty. I guess he should be in the room service section rather reception area. Had to face a major security concern, which was not at all expected from club emerald, and the kind of reputation they held. I had to carry my valubles all the time. So, had to discontinue the stay, and checked in to another hotel.
Located in Chembur, it is a decent hotel. It has it's own restaurant, where outside people are not allowed, which was little surprising. Breakfast is complementary which has variety of options. Hotel rooms are nice and clean. Room service is also good.
Parking is underground. No valets avl. Security dosent have a clue. U got to park the car far underground, then carry ur own luggage till the reception. Seems like a old foolish lady. Rooms don't have basic amenities that such expensive hotels have. Extremely expensive and dissatisfied. Never ever shall visit here. Trident is miles ahead and much cheaper so are other similar hotels. Regret booking here.
