I was surprised to see the owner standing on the entrance , greeted by my name with a confirmatory tone and made sure that I was the right person. He won the 80 % sale at the entrance only. I had surveyed the market too and directly asked the offer price for me. Though the market was very competitive,he offered me the best price (Rs.500/-only less than the market) and won the sale within 5 minutes.
