It's an aesthetically beautiful restaurant on the main road. Not hard to find. Food is good quality. A bit expensive side. Earlier it used to be affordable but don't know why they increased the prices so much. The Italian dishes are fantastic. A large variety of veg options are available. Parking is good.

This place served amazing food to us of all sorts of cuisines , the hospitality and service by Sunny , Shimul was exceptional!! The entire staff's behaviour was extremely polite and they catered to all our needs in a quick and efficient way. It's a must to stay in this hotel while visiting bolpur !! Rooms - great! Location - great! Ambience - great! Service - extremely sub-par! Honestly, I'm more than disappointed by the service their team is providing, starting from the room service, maintenance, and last and definitely the least of all - serving of meals. The wait time for meals is unreal! The price is unreal too. Extremely overpriced, but no doubt the quality is more than superb. But that can't be the only reason to justify the price honestly. During our stay, the experience has been pretty decent, I wouldn't let that go. But given the value for money? There are definitely better places with more reasonable pocket pinch.

Good hotel in a nice location. Rooms are nice, interiors of room , corridor, everywhere is interestingly decorated with shantiniketan style painting. Food in it's resturant is very good in taste and variety. Complementary breakfast was nice ang had variety. Staffs are good. Remember, Google Maps show it in opposite direction in last 100 mtr.

Not aware about the hotel facilities. Living in Santiniketan we don't need accomodation in the town. However their restaurant" Flavors" is very good value for money. It's a multi cuisine restaurant and lot of options to select from . Food is good and tasty . Also their dessert section is excellent offering Indian as well as continental fare. A large variety of cakes and their caramel custard is an absolute favourite in our family. Recommend it highly. Enjoy the food in this restaurant sometime . Am sure everyone will enjoy what is on offer.

A perfect stay for a business trip as well as family trip. Good quality food with reasonable price. Service is very good, courteous stuffs. Properly clean and hygienic.

The food quality of the hotel is very hygienic and tasty. The service staff specially Mr. Kaushik Dey and Mr. Parimal Santra is very good

How do I start my review about Club Central Bolpur, I am so disappointed and sad for planning my stay there for a special occasion. Upon checking were given room 222 that had a couch with cigarette burns and hardly clean surface to sit comfortably. When called reception and asked for a room where I stayed previously I was given room 103, relatively clean. AC worked fine, clean sheets. That's all, shower doesn't work, dirty bathroom sink, soap containers were filthy. No bar soap option was there to clean, we had to buy our own soap. Then starts another suffering, first day asked for lunch, aloo posto, posto was bitter than karela, when mentioned to kitchen there were no repentance. They called for dinner, we mentioned for non spicy daal. Daal came with full of chillis, had to call to change. Breakfast buffet guy who was in trouser and shirt was terribly rude and had a real bad attitude. Other guy in kurta pajama was sweet but asked me to get my own sambar for my dosa. I am not used to staying in a hotel with such rude customer service. Next morning breakfast they had luchi which was cold and bad oil smell. Asked for dosa and was told they will not serve it. By the way this is the service during durga puja. Every bengali celebrates durga puja in a nice way, and we behave with each other cordially. We came back to room, called in for an order for tea. Someone from other side said it will cost money, I said I am aware of it, then I asked if they could give me some biscuits, as I was unable to eat the breakfast which was of not good quality. I was told they don't have cookies, I kindly requested if they could please buy a pack of biscuits from a shop downstairs. I was told go yourself and figure out..... I am amazed at the behavior and unprofessional attitude. Our driver told us that he could not use the bathroom which was offered to him as it was filthy, poor thing had to go to the bus stand pay and use bathroom for his need. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone, but would really want to tell everyone reading this please stay away from this property.
