A family picnic here is not advisable. Visiting here with the bachelor gang is ok... The studio apartment is good but it lacks few amenities like a restaurant, basic utensils in the apartment if somebody wants to order food from outside and eat then there is no crockery available. The pool is most of the time dirty. The water in the bathroom tap/shower is a bit salty. So if u want to visit here, come with your own crockery and basic toiletries.
1.5 to 2 km away from the main road. On the way road to club 7 sea is very narrow at some places. Rooms are ok. Budget place if going with big group. Food facilities available inside the canteen are good. Good food, great taste, and service are more than expectations. One or two Day stay is ok. Bathrooms are small. Can be good if night stay. Extremely budget friendly. If there are a few improvements done, then the location is good choice
For stay it's not recommended because rooms are average but water issues were there cleanliness not upto the mark otherwise the -pool is good they will charge you extra rupees 100 - location is good near to beach -Hospitality is good

Recently we have visited in Club 7 Seas. I will rate as be below categories 1. Cleanliness: I will not give any star for cleanliness, as per them they have cleaned apartment but I am not at all happy with that. 2. Services: They will provide some services but its better if you carry your food and stuff by your own. So no star for Services. 3. Commute: Its approx 1km from Devka beach but road is small and Club 7 seas is between Airport road and Devka beach road and Google will show you rout from Airport rode but make sure your should take road from Devka beach. 4. Value for money: yes cheaper than other hotels I will not suggest for families due to cleanliness but for bachelors its good place as their no restrictions as such.
Apartments are okay but location is very inconvenient. I prefer not to stay here next time. There are many such guest houses available around but all inside villages which is not fine. Stay here if you are short on budget, else stay on a proper hotel/resort.
Good place to hangout with family and friends. Home like feeling All required things like water, geyser, refrigerator, tv given in the room
