Awesome place with friendly staff, will recommend. The rooms were warm and the food was decent. My stay at hotel cloud was nothing short of delightful, the serene ambience, coupled with top notch service and excellent amenities made for a unforgettable experience.

Pathetic Hotel. We waited 15 minutes at reception to find someone to give us room keys. No one there to give even drinking water. Gyesre is there but no hot water. Location is very far from Gagngtok main market(MG Road) . They lake staff and no professionalism. Only thing that rooms are clean. There us nothing else in Hotel. They do not serve dinner and breakfast also u have to repeatedly ask

Lets start with the staffs. They are extremely helpful. Their level of hospitality is very good. Now talking about room. Rooms are nice and clean. Specially if you are planning for a budget orientated hotel, i guess its very hard to find a hotel at this rate with good room and very good hospitality. Now talking about food, although the menu is slightly small but the best part is that everything you eat is cooked just infront of you so that you can ensure that you are eating good quality and hyginic food with great taste. And lastly, whenever you visit, do ask for Mr. Raj Sarkar (Hotel Manager), he will help you throughout your stay in gangtok.

Somewhere near Ranka Fatak. Sorry I must have passed through there and as usual Google thought I was there. Must be good . Can comment once I get to go there.

Please dont fall into trap of fake reviews for this hotel. We booked it through MMT and instantly regretted after entering the reception. The rooms are too small and services are too pathetic. There is nothing like a hotel. Its basically a small dingy house with cramped rooms. I'm amazed to see that it has a rating of 3.8. This doesnt even deserve a 1.5 star. I wouldnt here even if it was the last place in Gangtok. There is no recreation room, the little TV is too small, the restaurant is basically a dhaba, the towels and quilts they provide are dirty to the core. There are only two ppl in the entire hotel. One owner and the other servent. Its a haunted place.
