Food was very good. Didn't taste like Hospital food. Devendra, Hemant, Chandrakant, Dinesh and Babu ji took great care of us and the baby!

Hospital staff is excellen .we first met with siddhi in cloud nine we were really impressed by her as she gave all details of package, should us rooms etc. Dr Bansal Pooja is very very good. On every point of problem she guided us and we are very happy to say that we choose CLOUDNINE HOSPITAL.

I went to Cloudnine Hospital for our child's vaccination. Unfortunately, he administered an extra dose. We calmly shared our concerns about avoiding such mistakes. I am concerned about the baby's health. I said "next time aise mistake nhi hogi na"..if suppose something happened with child then... but the DR PIYUSH JAIN responded curtly"tu kon hai ", "meri galti thodi hai", "mai bola kya tum ko mere pass ane(cloud9) ke liye","tum ko dekhna chahiye file mai kyu dekhu ke kon sa dose laga hai ya nhi" which surprised us. This unprofessional behavior was unexpected.... This men has 23 years of experience but behaves unprofessionally. Such language and mistakes are unexpected. I don't recommend going. If you still want to consult with this men, do so at the risk of your baby's health.

Firstly If you have more than 3lac budget then you can think only. Cons - Only 1 Ambulance available in hospital. Staff say to book cab and come. Nurses are rude in emergency room. Only 1 room with 3 beds available. No sharing bed available you have to book room (deluxe / super deluxe / suite) Price Deluxe - approx 230000 (inclusive all) Deluxe - Approx 300000 (inclusive all) Super deluxe - more than 4 Lac (Inclusive all) BOOK IF YOU WANT 5 STAR FACILITY ONLY Pros - Service is too good like cleaning, nursing. Canteen food is too good & affordable. I recommend discuss each point & details before book package.
