Overall experience was very good , specially Dr. Sushma Dikhit .. the way she treated her patients is over the top . We are extremely thankful to all the staff including cleaning staff , nurses (GEETA, sweta, Neelima , Kajal)and all the other amenities provided by Cloudnine Hospitals. Best hospital for Maternity in Delhi Ncr. Staff is very cooperative. We had great experience with Gynecologist Dr Rupam Arora. She is highly qualified and experienced gynae. Her team is very helpful and qualified. 4 star rating because of 2 reasons :- 1st- That hospital is near to drainage so you will feel smell in hospital outter atmosphere 2nd- Alot of Mosquitoes can be seen in hospital which is not good as per health issues

The services at cloud 9 were satisfactory. The nursing and support staff was very kind and helpful. They were readily available. Dr Mayur Dass has been a wonderful doctor and mentor during my entire journey of pregnancy. She has guided us throughout with her positive and calm demeanor. She is sensitive yet practical in dealing with all situations. Our journey had been really smooth and stress-free under her supervision. Even for our delivery she proposed all plausible options and guided us accordingly. We can't thank her enough for bringing a beautiful human being in our lives.

We got our 4 year old daughter's ear pierced by them at our home. It was a very nice and smooth experience. The nurse and another staff were very friendly and cooperative. Thanks for lovely memories.

We started consulting Dr Mayur starting third trimester. From the moment we met Dr. Mayur, their expertise and compassion put us at ease. Throughout the pregnancy journey, they provided exceptional care, answering all our questions and addressing any concerns with patience and clarity. We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Mayur Dass at Cloudnine. She is a very patient, compassionate and knowledgeable doctor,and helped us thoroughly throughout our pregnancy journey. I had little chance of a normal delivery because of no labour pains,yet Dr.Mayur insisted on waiting and i was able to deliver normally. Highly recommended for your pregnancy. Special shout out to Dr.Richa who comforted me in the labour room, and all labour room nursing staff. Pros: 1) very well trained Doctors and Nursing staff 2) Efficient housekeeping and billing departments 3) They don't push for c section and follow the process. 4) Big,plush rooms Improvement areas: 1) Post delivery care can be improved a bit 2) Room service is inefficient,they will send all planned meals on time,but if you request something extra, that might never come. 3) It's a commerical hospital,on the last day multiple people will try and cross sell other products - photography, foot impressions, baby care products, future vaccinations,etc, which bogs down care provider. Overall we were very much satisfied

We had a wonderful experience with Dr Mayur Das It was my first pregnancy and had no clue how will it go, but with Dr Mayur, everything was so good and easy. She always make sure to explain you things very clearly on which you have even little bit of doubt. She is a very experience dr and totally understands what step need to be taken when. We were lucky and blessed to meet her. Thankyou so much dr for everything About hospital Staff and nurses were well trained and very helpful, they will try to train you very well and pass their knowledge regarding ur baby which i find is really important specially for a new moms. Cafeteria needs to be improved
