Cloud nine hospital is my first choice of hospital for my baby and wife. My first baby was born in cloud nine T Nagar branch and now this time we are showing my wife in the OMR branch. Well efficient and friendly staffs. They take care of A-Z to be a good parent. The hospital is well maintained,neat and clean. Great appreciation to all staffs. I am not mentioning any name because I have to write the name of everyone. Highly recommended hospital.

We delivered our Boy Baby on 15-JUN-2023 in Cloud Nine Hospitals OMR. We had consulted Dr.P.Surya , Gynecologist. SHe is very friendly and Knowledgeable person. She understands our needs quickly and provides a best solution always. Initially we had consulted some doctors in different place but we were not happy. But after consulted Dr.Surya we gained some positive hope, She had done her best and we got conceived. Really i dont have any words to express my gratitude towards Dr.Surya. SHe is passionate towards her work always and we believed in her. Sisters Jeni and Priya was guiding us in every step for the Doctor consultation. we booked Single Luxury suite room (S108) for during our delivery. Dr. Surya explained about the procedure to us and said to wait for 45 Mins and she went inside the Labour room. As she mentioned within 45 Mins, she completes the Labour and brought our Little Boy in her hands and i felt emotional after seeing my baby for the first time and was Holding him in my hands. All credits goes to Dr. Surya Mam. Then shifted to General ward on the same day. All the duty nurses were really friendly and helpful. Whenever we call them for help without hesitating they come immediately. Thanks to all Nurses who helped us on our timely need. Dr.DileepKumar, Pediatrician can and examined our baby from the Day 1 and he is really calm and polite. Whatever questions we ask , he will respond swiftly and compassionately. We are consulting Dr.Dileepkumar for our little baby and I recommend him strongly. Sister Angel, Lactation consultant was really knowledgeable and helps the patient with atmost care. The Food and Beverage team also really good. The food is great and they care the patient need and help immediately. The food menu is simply good and awesome. We got discharged on the third day to our home. Thanks for everyone in the cloud nine who helped us in our Journey. I strongly recommend Cloud nine Hospitals for everyone. Thanks all!..

It was very nice experience for the entire maternity treatment taken in the cloudnine hospital omr. The hospital environment is very nice. We are not feeling like a hospital, every month we are visiting we feel it's a lovely home. All the staffs are treated very well. We thank Dr.Nazeem mam, she is well experienced and treated our maternity issues. She is cool and positive person. My wife got high risk C- Section delivery. She handled the situation very cool. We blessed with girl baby on 20-July-2023. We stayed three days in the hospital. The hospital rooms are very clean and neat, for this three days we got world class treatment for both mother and child. The hospital is more expensive but valuable for our money. Its 5years since we married we don't have a baby. We have consulted Dr.Surya for fertility issue. The treatment got success with her medications and guidance in the very first attempt. She is very friendly. I would recommend Dr.Surya to consult for any fertility issues. She can rectify the issues for sure. Jenifer sister is another person to appreciate there. She has cleared our questions and queries all the time and taken care of us from the beginning.

Outstanding Hospitality During Child Delivery Admission! I recently had the most wonderful experience at Cloudnine,OMR during my child's delivery admission. From the moment we arrived at the hospital, we were treated with care and warmth by the entire staff especially Mrs.Anitha, our representative made our time at the hospital so special and I thank her for being there for us like a caring sister. What truly stood out was the personalized attention we received throughout our stay. We left the hospital with not only a healthy baby but also cherished memories of this special time. I highly recommend Cloudnine to any expecting parents seeking exceptional hospitality and care during their child's delivery. As I am not familiar with all the names for special mention, I will focus on acknowledging those whose names I know. I want to express my gratitude to our dedicated Gynaecologist, Dr.Vanitha Sri mam, who demonstrated incredible commitment by forgetting about her food since morning until delivering our baby. Additionally, I would like to extend my appreciation to the entire paediatric team of doctors, Duty doctors . Their efforts and professionalism were evident throughout the process, and I am grateful for their support. Although I may not know everyone's names, I want to acknowledge the nurses, housekeeping staff, and canteen staff for their contributions to our experience during this crucial time. Dr. Surya mam(Cloudnine, OMR) is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment, her way of patiently explaining the procedures and maintaining a smile throughout the day keeps us going. She clearly explains everything which makes us feel at ease . It's rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. When it comes for pregnancy and childbirth everyone becomes very curious and so many queries could come striking into our minds, at such times whenever required Jeni sister was there to respond to our queries. The best place for maternity.From the day one we received best care from the doctor and the staff.. especially never had a feeling that we were in a hospital.. the ambiance and cleanliness is just awesome. Our doctor Rijaphin mam treated us with most care, she is one of the best doctors I have seen till date. After 2 years of fertility treatment from various hospitals we chose cloudnine and I have conceived within 2 cycles.Inspite of having many complications through out the pregnancy we successfully had a normal delivery and blessed with a girl baby. We as a parent strongly recommend cloudnine and Dr.Rijaphin for any one who is looking for a best place for your maternity care.
