With god's grace and Dr Mona kukreja's reference ,Cloud nine hospital proved to be the best decision happened for my desired normal delivery. Everything went super smooth. Dr kukreja and her team of nurses like kareena made me feel at ease and encouraged me with the positive words in the delivery room. Later, the care and services I got in the very beautiful room by the nursing staff and cleaning staff was super awesome. Special mention for Mr. B Maurya and Sneha mahatre who facilitated with the counselling and Mrs. Biji who helped us in the triage with her expert advices and care.
Fantastic hospital for upcoming mom's highly recommended. My friend got delivered in Cloud nine hospital it's her best decision to select the same. Great experience.....my sister delivered in cloud nine hospital and our entire experience is best. Best billing team ,they take cares everything. My sister not face a single issue while processing her cashless. We went night in emergency but all process was smooth. Admission process,Rmo,nursing team all are supported good. At the time of discharge they have explained everything and did my discharge. Very happy to select cloud nine Malad hospital.

We had very amazing experience at Cloudnine hospital. It's not always one can say about hospital experience, isn't it? But it's true. We were admitted for 3 days in November for my wife's surgery. The staff and nurses are very friendly, supportive and knowledgeable. Billing process was smooth. They took care of all the coordination with insurance provider, that was one big thing I didn't had to worry about. Lastly, star of the hospital, the food. I don't know, if I should even say this about a hospital, but the food at cloudnine is really testy and healthy. It is better than many restaurants in Mumbai. You won't say, as patient, 'I am tired of hospital food'. Big kudos to their cook and kitchen.
