We Love how amazing Dr.Madhavi and her staff are! Doctor is accessible via call/text during emergency.For me it's all about convenience and they are always flexible to fit time around my schedule! I had my C Section, myomectomy and Tubectomy surgeries done at Cloudnine. Doctors and other staff are really good and helped me recover well during my first painful days. Dr. Prasuna Rani has been wonderful in handling my pregnancy complications and ensured am well aware and prepared for the surgeries. I had dengue fever in my 2nd trimester with high lung infection and even during this illness when I was admitted, Staff has taken good care of me with timely treatment. Through out my pregnancy journey, be it regarding any complications , my doctor has always discussed and advised me the best way of handling it and thankfully I could deliver healthy baby in 37weeks of my pregnancy. Am truly grateful and thankful to her for that. During my hospitalisation, Duty doctors, nurses and other helping staff have always been a call away and helped me recover faster from pain. I would have given a 5star but there are certain things that still needs a bit of improvement to help patients have seamless experience. 1. They don't have a inner kitchen and food comes from a hotel which has very limited options and very expensive too. So whenever you want to place an order for something it takes 30mins for them to deliver. And the hotel food is not really palatable for a patient who just delivered a baby. Another option is that they do not restrict outside food so you can get your home cooked food. 2. They hardly have tie up with insurance compaines and you don't have a cashless payment option. Billing team is behind you everyday to make payment (as if you are going to run away) and you got to sit and claim your money which is a painful process. Even the bill they give you has hardly details in it mentioned and you have to follow up with billing team for all queries you get from insurance company.

I was first reported to Dr.Deepthi Raidu,all the initial checkups were good and my delivery went so smooth. Doctors has taken immense care for almost 36hrs to perform normal delivery .all the hospital staff were so cordial. The duty doctor Manasa and nurse Anusha has also taken good care hour by hour. I feel so good that I have chosen birthplace for me and my baby.
I came for the consultation from Dr. Prasuna Rani P of my sister, 5th month pregnancy. We had a great experience talking to her. She advised nicely, and a clear situation of baby is explained to us.
Dr. Madhavi has been our Paedatrician for over 4 years now and I must say the experience I have had with her is very satisfying. My daughter is comfortable with her. Kudos to Nurse Renuka who have been very helpful whenever we visit the clinic. 1 star deducted due to cloud9 portal. Not user friendly at the moment. They should improve their customer care services.
