No response or reply from the resort regarding booking or the details of the property. The contact numbers or mail IDs don't work. They seem like they have a lot of business and doesn't care about customers anymore. Waste of time.

Awesome Location, Meaning of Peace and pleasant. Staffs are very friendly. If you gain more weight in couple of days, only reason is Mr. Pushparaj. He is a good Master in cook. Foods are Excellent. Mr. Jegan and his team are well friendly and courteous. The Guides are supporting us to visit the factory and private falls. Spectacular and best experience ,

One of the best stays I have ever stayed in. The weather, stay, hospitality, everything is fantastic. Go for it without second thoughts in case property is vacant.

Too expensive a place for what is in store. We stayed for 1night at this place on jan 25th. For the price of 4k for 1 room, i paid i got the room which was very basic. The box spring was broken and my wife got a back ache sleeping overnight. The shelf cubboard inside the room were unclean. There were no table mat while serving food. Everything was bare minimum . It was like a govrrnment cottage while i paid for a five star room rent.

These bungalows are located next to tea gardens and beside a dam reservoir. These are old structures. While they give a nice vintage feel, some furniture and amenities need maintenance (leaking tap or broken sofa). Service levels were very good. Staffs were very warm and helpful. A special recommendation of their kitchen - we had one of the most sumptuous and tasty meals during our stay there. Please try their payasam prepared by their cook.

A room inside nature with a lake view and great service. Accessibility is a bit tough in the sense can reach only by private vehicle. Rest assured a great detox place

Cloud Mountain Bungalow is THE best place to stay in this perfectly laid-back place. Lake looking, breathtaking views and a well maintained bungalow. Clean 3 bed rooms, lobby, hall and a full fledged Kitchen. Very courteous staff, awesome hospitality, Yummie food and special deserts. Perfect for family with kids. Ultimate hideout for bachlors. Cellular connectivity is limited to BSNL but bunglow has good WIFI.
