Not a good restaurant at all. I think the reviews are all rigged up. Visited this place with my family sometime back just by going through the reviews. I was utterly disappointed by seeing that the place was all clumsy and no good chefs were available. The food was greasy and not good at all!

There was used cigarettes and used protections lying on the bathrm skylight. First of all this is the ruckus done by the person who used and kept it there. Have some common sense and dispose it in the required place. Secondly it is the mistake of hotel staff for not looking it carefully . It felt very dirty while using the toilet. Ordered chicken biryani. the raita was stale. Couldn't have it. It wZ not at all fresh..

This hotel was the best hotel of my life.... N ...The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting.....And the food of this restaurant is also very good... A little bit spicy for me but you guys will love it..... Hi Viewers, I am here with a new review on Cloud9, Balasore from my own experience. Pros : 1. Location is awesome and easily accessible through Google map also. 2. Parking space available for 2-3 four wheelers and 9-10 two wheelers. 3. Restaurant at ground floor and hotel rooms are at 2nd floor and above. 4. It is a hotel and restaurant combo property. 5. Check-in and check-out process are fast and smooth. No need to wait at reception counter. 6. Best for solo and couples. Unmarried couples allowed here. 7. Food quality is awesome and pricing also justify the taste. 8. Rooms are clean and hygienic. 9. Interior of both restuarant and hotel rooms are great and appreciable. 10. Free WIFI available 24hours and speed was really great. 11. AC was working properly. TV was also ready to use. 12. Bathroom has also enough space and clean. 13. Staff behaviour was commendable. Very polite, well behaved, friendly. 14. All types of payment method available like cash, UPI and card payments. 15. You can reserve the restuarant for parties. 16. Room cost also cheap and best in Balasore. 17. Toilet available for both males and females inside the restaurant. Cons : 1. All the rooms are at 2nd floor and above. So senior citizens may face difficulties to go to the room using stairs. Apart from that I didn't find any issue with this property. Yes this is the best hotel I have ever stayed till now. Their hospitality, food quality was superb. I got impressed with their service. Note : If you are staying here, don't order food to your room. Just use their restuarant and you will be surprised with their treatment. I have added some images and videos where you can guess the quality of service.
