Gave my laptop for servicing. The did the job except it was really really dirty right from keyboard to screen to outside . When I said that to clean the laptop, the service person argued with me by saying that they only clean the inside of laptop, they do not clean the outer portion. I was surprised by the kind of answer he gave. On my protest he had to do the cleaning but not before arguing with me for 7-8 minutes. The owner of the shop also heard the argument,but did not say anything. Such bad experience wasn't expected from a Dell service center. Dell if you are listening to this, please take appropriate action against this center. Others if you have any other shop in mind , please refrain from this shop.

Terrible experience at the service center. I gave my dell laptop to them for repair(which was booting but showing no display) and when i called them regarding the status of the laptop, they started giving lame excuses such as the part they ordered does not match with my unit and they are ordering new parts. This carried on for like 15 days. On the 20th day i had to bring back my laptop for which they charged rs 3500. They told me that they had repaired my motherboard but they were unable to find the connector cable to the lcd display. Regarding the motherboard repair I am quite sure that they hadn't repaired anything and it was just a trick to take away money for the customer. BEWARE OF THESE KINDS OF FRAUD

It's been a year, the products I bought are running great, with extensive service. I have never seen such owners who play fool on customers by charging them huge tax. Even who can't even pay the taxes.

I had three dell laptops which I was using for office purposes. Had all three of them Service, repaired and reformatted perfectly without any Glitches. The service is brilliant, prompt and not too heavily priced. They service all three laptops within a day. The only downside is, they will not call and let you know when the laptops are ready. So do make sure you keep calling them and following up on the status

This guys charages huge amount and their minum labour charge is Rs500 . I dell laptop has a audio jack problem and don't know what they did in it and charged me 1800Rs and now my voice recording jack is not working . Very poor service. I will not recommend any of my accountance.

Third class service my dell laptop is in warranty period and I am having software issues with it I didn't had my warranty paper I had discuss regarding this to dell helpline no. He said its fine you just need express service code and you ll get dell service all over In India I went to this dell showroom and said my problem he said you need to show my your warranty paper or else you ll have to pay the amount.

Good place to get a Dell Laptop, specially if you want to have feel of the laptop which cannot be done on buying online. Though they do not have too many variants available.

As till I haven't get my insurance of Dell laptop and bill invoice from Dell
