Gym has good equipment and ambience for workout, trainers guide you in a proper way and suggest workouts based on body type. The gym has CrossFit training facilities as well.

Hi this is lingeswaran. I am a business person (furniture manufacturer). After my college days, I don't have opportunity to join in any gym(due to my business) .

What I felt after joining in clock Fitness :
