Clinic Nallam - MULTI SPECIALITY HOSPITAL IN PONDICHERRY - Private hospital in Puducherry - Pondicherry, India

When we unexpectedly got a fever while travelling, we went to this hospital. From here, the best behaviour has been observed from all staffs. However, they requested a two-hour observation period. I was offered a room because there weren't any beds in the emergency room. It is a very old hospital building. The main problem here is that everything takes too long. There is only one person in the pharmacy to manage so many people. The situation is same in the rooms too, everything takes a lot of time. This is sure to annoy the sick and those who come to know if they are sick.

Please don't visit this hospital for any cause. Especially on emergency situation. Took my daughter with 102 degree fever and cold to Nallam and the nurse checked temperature hardly for 5 seconds, took the thermometer and said it's only 99 degree and sent us back home. we checked again in 5 mins(850 meters away from hospital) aft reaching home, it's still 102 degree. And the great and great doctor, didn't bother to even check the breathe of kid with stethoscope. If you can't treat patients during midnight, please lock ur doors. Useless hospital. I would rate zero if there was an option.

I got fever while travelling Pondicherry and we came here to see a doctor, and they requested 2 hours of observation. Unfortunately the observation beds are full and we moved to a room for 2 hours. There is no enough stats or nurses here, especially in the pharmacy. All the services getting too late. Stars and doctors are have friendly behaviour and attitude. And the building in this hospital is too old and congested

I had a wonderful experience with Dr.Vandhana Kone. Had a normal delivery. She never prescribed unwanted medicines. Patiently answered all my queries despite the heavy patient load. I felt well taken care of during my pregnancy. I wanted normal delivery, episiotomy only if necessary and delayed cord clamping for the baby. She agreed to all my wishes. Both she and her staff made me feel at home. Even though waiting time in more for her appointments and the clinic is in much need of better maintenance in terms of cleanliness and facilities, I would still recommend her to any pregnant mother.

Doctor's are very much impressive in treating and taking care of patients. If you have any idea of going through insurance pls beware of every penny you spend. Really happy about the treatment and doctors & staffs but Management vise they are not wise towards common like us. Hope this will change in future (after covid situation)

Dr. Vandana kone For pregnancy the doctor checks in a hurry burry. She doesn't ask any symptoms from the patient or he history. Gynecologist should be very patiently. Hyginene and cleanliness worst. It's unsafe to every individual.Since the minimum rating is one I have given one or it would be Nil

I went to this clinic for some accident related injury of my friend. The duty doctor was really good and calm. The nurses need bit more training to handle the patients more professionally. Not very costly. Recommend.

I went to the hospital many times and got the best possible treatment .. and now I can't stop writing the response after seeing Mr. Sundar's review - I don't know whether he is in the right frame of mind ... He used lot of big words for a trivial thing, which itself shows his mindset .. Just because you have the phone number of a doctor, you can't call and disturb him/her at any time you like.. And moreover, it's the privilege of the doctor to provide online consult to unknown patients - not the other way round.. This is a classic case of self-previleged and self-centred patient who doesn't bother about anyone else but about themselves. If there is a real emergency they have to come to the hospital .. not seek online consultation.. Anyway - online consultation without examining the patient in an emergency is not advisable .. many patients have developed problems because of insufficient telephonic consultation during emergencies .. Because of this type of patients, some good doctors are getting bad propaganda.. this type of cheap behaviour like Mr. Sundar's ... is definitely unwarranted and one of the main reasons for the decrease in the morale and optimism of doctors .. this type of constant complainers and grumblers like Mr. Sundar won't get good and proper treatment wherever they go ..
