My experience at Clinic Dermatech Safdarjung has been deeply frustrating. Despite ten sessions of laser hair removal, I've seen no progress, leaving me reliant on waxing The clinic's appointment system is unreliable, leading to numerous cancellations due to machinery issues, technician absences, and renovations. This has been particularly inconvenient as I travel from Gurgaon. My complaints about the lack of results have been met with a consistent issue - they send a different technician after every appointment. These ever-changing faces have no idea about my previous concerns, making it impossible to hold anyone accountable. It feels like they deliberately avoid sending the same technician twice to evade responsibility Initially wanting facial treatment, I was pressured into a full-body service, with the technician taking full responsibility for guaranteed results. However, she left a year ago, leaving me feeling deceived and scammed. Despite having ideal characteristics for laser hair removal, dark hair and light skin, I've seen no results. Clinic Dermatech Safdarjung has failed to fulfill its promises, leaving me deeply disappointed.

Clinic Dermatech is name which I will remember throughout my life. It's the place whenever i recently had been for my face pigmented issues, which I was avoiding from last so many years till I met a friend who recommended me to go there and get it treated. I was always apprehensive about going and meeting Dr because I thought it might require multiple visits such treatments and due to paucity of time I was avoiding but this time thought let's see ... I my appointment was lined up on a particular day and I can't believe .. I experienced highest level of professionalism in this center. The doctor checked me in few seconds and they applied a local medication - Doctor turned up equipment....Boom ... it's done ... In just 3 more minutes ... Thing which I avoided from years... They hold highest and best equipment's available to for the treatment of various Dermatology treatments I would encourage everyone who so ever is reading this post to make a visit to this center and experience .. You will be amazed and you yourself will be motivated enough to write a review like I did... I wish all the best to clinic particularly Ms Preeti and led by his team and doctors..

I am very happy with the service at Its clinic. Special thanks to Ms. Swati for always making me feel comfortable in all Treatment. she is so skilled and sweet. She spent the time fixing every detail of my skin care until it gets perfect. Her extensive knowledge and skills are truly unmatched. The products are as gentle and there is no side effect of the treatments. The entire staff are extremely generous and welcoming. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I had the worst experience at Dermatech, Safdarjung enclave branch. First I saw a dermatologist who despite giving me an appointment was constantly in and out of the office. I patiently waited for my consultation to finish which was unsatisfactory to say the least. Then the worst part was that despite any proper in depth or understanding of my problem she recommended laser which burnt my skin for more than a month. i only did 1 session with them but the effects were horrible. I suffered so much and had to heal it with ice, cucumber, aloevera, cetaphil and homeopathy. When i told them to return my money (5000+ consultation+ products) they flatly refused. I decided to put this painful incident behind me and move on however till today i get marketing calls from dermatech including a while back. So I decided to post my review so others can be warned from going here. its a very commercial place and they don't really care about the person's wellbeing.

Absolutely terrific services by Ms. Swati. Have been going to Dermatech for the past 2 years and I must say that the laser done by Ms. Swati was the best, ever. Unlike all my previous laser sessions, I did not feel any sort of pain or pricking. Ms. Swati is a fine professional and was super friendly and cool. She ensured I was absolutely comfortable. I will continue with my laser sessions at Dermatech only if Ms. Swati sticks around.

I have been a regular customer of Clinic Dermatech form many years. I love the customer service in Rajouri and Model town however i had the worst experience in Safdarjung enclave branch. They took the money from me happily for 6 setting of Signature facial however they completed the treatment in 10 mins. Usually Signature facial take atleast 25-30 mins however they were such in hurry to complete the facial that they skipped most of the procedure. I wanted to get my further appointment done in Model town branch since i was not not happy with the customer service of Safdarjung enclave branch. They took more then 2 days to send an email to model town branch after numerous calls. Due to this unprofessional behavior i have finally decided to follow some other brand rather then Clinic Dermatech.
