We got our daughters laser done from here, worst service ever. They don't pick up the phone to schedule appointments after taking your money. Stealing people's hard earned money, this place should be shut down for fraud.
I am a happy customer of Clinic Dermatech Noida branch. Their services with hygiene are appreciable. I have had positive interactions and would especially would like to mention the services offered by Anjum.
What a complete fraud! I initially asked for just 1 or 2 laser sessions, but then they shamelessly pushed me to buy a package with more sessions that costs a fortune. I fell for it and bought a laser package in November 2019, consisting of 6 sessions. The last session I could take was in June 2021 because I got pregnant and had to undergo a C-section, which made it impossible to use their services until 2023. And now, when I finally decide to use the remaining laser sessions, I call them to book an appointment, and what do they say? Oh, surprise, surprise! My package has "expired" despite their earlier claim that it would never expire. This is beyond infuriating! They just want to grab your money and run, leaving you high and dry when you actually need their services. I am so fed up with their deceitful tactics and false promises. They should be ashamed of themselves for treating their customers this way. I demand justice and my rightful services without having to pay anything extra! This is outrageous!
Great place to be as it's been satisfying experience from the start , The staff is well trained ,Lakshmi particularly as she has always shows special interest to deliver the best service and for Diet Fatima is very great as her diet helps me a lot in loosing weight.

My forever favourite is Pooja and I am very particular to avail the services from her only . She's excellent at her work and I honestly don't get my laser done from anyone but her. I opted for Cd ultra facial with clinic Dermatech noida GIP branch. And after that my face got ruined. Even now my face texture is ruined. I asked for my money back and they stopped picking my phone. If anyone reliable is reading this from Dermatech. So please revert.
