I am happy with the service they provide. what i didnt like or why i will not continue using their service in future is how their representatives keep pushing you to get more treatments done. now they are not cheap services, 80k for emshape for some sessions is too much and being pressured into taking bajajFin loan is not cool. even after declining to take the service multiple times, being consistently asked is bothersome.

Not happy with the service they provide. Always ask them to send any confirmation of amount and packages on mail which they will refuse . Their facial is just for 30 min it takes a lot of time but they only want money will force you to pay in advance or go for an emi. This clinic should be closed worst branch of dermatech. These people are very sweet at first once payment is done they become rude over calls once payment is done and will not assist you.

Please don't get Laser hair removal from here!! After 6 completed sessions, I saw ABSOLUTELY NO DIFFERENCE in my hair growth. I had no previous hormonal issues. I have fair skin. Everything was suitable for the perfect laser hair removal experience, and yet their DIODE laser did not work. They charged so much for full body package including creams and yet I saw no results. Sessions were 6-8 weeks to 12 weeks apart. When I told them about no change in hair reduction after 4th session, they said it's because of my skin. After 6th session when I told them the hair growth is same, very cunningly they replied that maintenance is necessary. Do they even understand the word maintenance? There has been no reduction at all. Moreover, the staff is very unprofessional. They don't respect your privacy. They make you wait inspite of appointments, and anybody and anyone walks into your room during your session. I don't know about other branches, but don't waste your money here.. Absolute waste!!!

I have spent more than 60K for my and my relatives' lazer treatment but no results at all. My facial hair have thicken instead. They used razer on my face so now i have to regularly do it. One time they put such high intensity radiations that there's a dark mark on my cheek. Every time i go there they only ask me to extend my package and get more sessions by investing more monies. Extremely disappointed.
