Loved the overall experience. Staff is really courteous and helpful, especially Sabiya who did my treatment and Sonali they were such good professionals and amazing staff I didn't feel uncomfortable around them and they made sure I'm okay at all the times while I was undergoing treatment both of them seem to know what they're doing and are very good at it, I was glad I got the treatment done by such well trained professionals. It so happened by chance i dropped in just to inquire about lazer hair removal technique. I was greeted well & explained about techniq duration and cost. I instantly agreed to get it done. Dr. Prajali started working on it and I have seen good results. She also explained me of my hair problem & how it can be improved. We agreed & she has started work . She is a dedicated efficient & knowlegable qualified doctor in her field. Staff too is very nice patient & courteous. I recommend this clinic for any person desirous for any of their treatments. I have been having appointment and service issues from day one. I have taken my maintenance pack from them as well which I now regret. They decided to temporarily close the clinic without informing, they are under staffed, only have one laser machine. Sabiya is the only saving grace in the clinic. She is a practitioner, who also extremely over worked. The moment they want a new client they are extremely proactive. They'll keep calling to enrol in their offer, again and again. Once you have enrolled in the services, forget about they calling and checking up on you for the service, or basic service reminders. It would be a pain to call them and get an appointment. Would not recommend this clinic for laser at all.
