The receptionist of this hospital is very rude. I have booked an appointment yesterday. Late due to traffic jam. After reaching hospital she told your visit with doctor after 5 patient and behave rudely. Many time, I got the appointment of 6.00 pm and doctor coming 7.00 pm and after that.We are sitting there for more than 1 hour. How this is done with patience. It means no value for patients.
We come for a follow up appointment in an ambulance 10 mins before the time that is actually given to us and there is nobody to attend to my mom whose leg was fractured until 15 mins after the appointment time as well. The assistant doctor is also not available. The only reason we came here in the first place is cos my mom has visited him before as well for another fracture. However, if it were on me, I would never recommend his hospital especially the staff is completely useless. To top it, one of the nurses has a cold and headache and is sitting without a mask. This is really disappointing. I am not even sure if the assistant or the nurses are even qualified here. All this is after I have called up the morning of the appointment to confirm it. It's very very unprofessional and irresponsible bunch of individuals sitting here and running this hospital. the doctor himself may be qualified but having pathetic support staff is in no way going to help his reputation.
