One of the best places in Kerala, they have private beach access directly from the garden. The food was awesome in the restaurant. People were really friendly. The swimming pool was really great and clean. The rooms were also nice. Overall I would love to visit them again.
We were looking for a vacation destination which is calm and quiet and near to beach side. By seeing the photos in website and other social media, we were eager to visit Cliff Stories. We stayed there for 2 days and we had great experience. The view from the pool was exceptional. The service was good. The food from the restaurant especially the breakfast was super. The experience walking through the steps to the beach was adventurous and fun. Kids really enjoyed the pool and the walk to the beach.

We stayed at Cliff Stories for 3 nights and had a very comfortable and happy stay. The best part is that sea facing pool and it is so lovely to wake up to the sound and sight of the majestic blue sea.Special mention for the staff , reception, housekeeping and restaurant, who gave us really quick service and always with a smile .The kitchen also pretty competent, whatever we had was always delicious, though the range of Kerala cuisine and vegetarian dishes could be better. All in all a lovely relaxing stay ,and thanks for that !

I stayed with my family for three days in the hotel. It is present in South cliff. This is the best place for people who opt for privacy. Their service is amazing. The staff were friendly with my kid. She enjoyed a lot than us. Swimming pool is amazing with a beautiful view but not suited for kids. There are no nearby restaurants with South Indian food and I took a rental bike so find it easy.
Very peaceful and beautiful place to stay at Varkala. Rooms are decent and the property and swimming pool faces the beach. You get down few stairs to reach a private beach which is the best thing about this resort. It's very close to Varkala railway station. We get rent a scooter from the resort to roam around. They have a good restaurant serving tasty food and very supportive staff
