Me and my family stayed at Cliff Residency and had a wonderful experience. The rooms very clean & neat. We had all services available except for a restaurant. There are however a lot of restaurants in & around the vicinity. This place is at walkable distance from the Botanical garden and the Tibetan market. Mujeeb was very helpful in letting us be in the hotel untill our bus timings post checkout. Overall a great experience.
Only advantage is it's very near to the botanical garden. I am not even sure about whether it's an advantage or a problem, too much rush will be there because of the botanical garden.
Romm was not that clean. Bathroom was pathetic. Owner promised car parking and we had to park in anear by pay and park and had to pay the amount from our pocket.

Nice hotel to stay... Service is good...Rooms And Washroom Were Properly Clean...If They Had Restaurant At Downstairs It Would Be More Awesome..Nd Parking Is Not Available.. Only Single Charging Port Is Available In d Room.....Rest Everything Is Good....

Wonderful stay in Cliff Residency..
The owner himself involves and provide best service. Rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures,neat and clean,the blankets and bed was so nice.
It is very near and walkable distance to every where like botanical garden,market, waxx museum etc..
No need to worry about anything the hotel manager himself will look after our trips to visit various places at best and reasonable prices..
If you get best service in hotel for your pleasant stay then your whole trip goes good..
The exactly same thing will be experienced in Cliff Residency..
Early morning tea and hot water in night are extra service from hotel thats for free..
Personally I refer the cliff residency the best place to stay for ooty..
