Rooms are not so good ..service was ok ok and hospitality was okok .
Owner Haresh Shah is very non responsible man, he is very bad in commitments and for vendors payment of only Rs. 80,000/- Wrong Intentions , he owns many properties but I'm sure he had never a good sleep , if you know him please ask to pay my payment
I had been there , my relative had a stay there, who had been here from over seas , they have there own eateries (restaurant)downstairs , staff are polite & nice house keeping part was good , the service apartment were very good only my suggestion if they can start giving room service from there downstairs eateries which they I think so have in there own premises,they were only missing is tea maker or coffee maker ,rest rooms were cosy with good gada neat & clean , enviornment was peaceful
The room was missing many key elements such as cleanliness (bathrooms: not cleaned and smelly bathrooms, mattress, bed sheets and pillows were not clean). The apartment doesn't have cooking range / stove / hot plate. Also, coffee maker and Tea bags were not included. It's just an average place and not worth the price ! Plus they charge extra amount for electricity bill !
Bad experience.. we had booked a 3 bhk apartment for our stay.Although the apartment was big and spacious it was very unclean. All the furniture was extremely unclean , bedsheets and pillows dirty . You would not feel like eating in the utensils provided! Bathrooms smelly and unclean , flush not working properly , small insects all over the place. Would have to constantly ask them to clean rooms and garbage . No service whatsoever. On complaining no response or apology! Would never recommend someone this place ever !

Bad place. It's not considered a service apartment cuz there is no service at all, no facilities at all, cockroaches in wardrobes, dirty washrooms, much more to mention. The price is quoted only for its exterior appearance n its name. Don't ever think about this place.
Had booked this place to keep my guests during wedding. The manager Mr. Nair is really helpful. Not money minded. Went out of the way to help us in difficult situations. The place is luxurious. Service is really good. I would definitely recommend this place. My guests where really happy about this place too.
