Stayed in this hotel for few days on official visit. The services were prompt. The food was good and tasty liked it. There was a personal touch from the staff. Would recommend this hotel to others' worth the money spent.

It was my first ever visit to Mumbai and they made me feel like home, the staff especially Sujata(receptionist) was so kind and helpful. The prices were genuine and room service was available 24/7. It was indeed a good stay here.

You will easily miss the hotel as the location is in interiors plus their hotel hoarding with their name is not visible from the main road. The main door doesn't say push or pull and you always end up doing the opposite. The rooms were big but there were bed bugs and red ants all over. The bedsheet also had stains. Breakfast was just ok.

My overall experience was good... Staff was good... I forgot my clothes in the bathroom by mistake and checked out... As soon as I realised that I left it there only I called in the hotel.. within 24 hours... They said that they didn't find any cloth but I was very sure that I left it there only... So I was calling them every day but they used to take my no. And never called me back... I told them to check the CCTV camera and they still didn't call me... I will never think to visit this hotel again after all this experience as it was my favourite pair of clothes... They are nothing but thiefs.

We had booked 2 rooms an executive suite(with 2 queen beds) and a deluxe room. On arrival 1st we were given 2 deluxe rooms and then after negotiations we were given the rooms we booked. On entering the suite we noticed that there is only 1 king bed. The staff was kind enough to set up extra beds. We toured the room and noticed that the bathroom was not at all clean and we had to ask the staff to clean it up. But soon we realized that this is how the bathroom looks clean or not clean. Their air conditioning stopped working in the night Also what hotel with a kitchen has no ice. I needed some ice for medical reasons and they said they don't give ice Overall all we wanted to do was get the stay over with and leave.

Front office were quick in giving check in. Enjoyed the stay n ...the Food was so delicious n best...loved it ...n special thanks to Jayesh and majid as they were so polite n amazing thanks to the chef for amazing service n food. The stay was like home away home.

Pretty decent hotel to stay except for the fact that it's not properly marked on the Google or any Apps and thus everytime the cab drivers end up at a wrong place and to come back to the hotel we loose lot of time and poor cab drivers burn fuel unnecessarily. Though we think it's in Powai but sure it's in the middle of slum and stinking .. it's ok for those who enter the corridor with a cab and then depart by a cab from the corridor .
