Location is just 100 mtrs from railway station. Such a vicinity like a length of platform. You can yourself wheel in your baggage. Buffet breakfast. Its OK. Can be improved upon considering charges. Rooms are good. One can always click as a safe choice. There was some miscommunication. Extra mattress was booked in online booking but same did not appear in hotel records

Hotel location, rooms, and staff are all great. But really let down by the amenities. Only one key card - so if you're sharing a room and want to enter/exit at different times, get used to asking the hotel staff to help you with their master key. Our room didn't have many of the basics like hand towels, shower gel, etc. The bath towels we did get were smelly. It's a good option for a 1-2 night stay when you need to, but not great if you're looking to vacation for longer in Bhuj.

Click hotel Bhuj Opted for early check in (a bit pricey), went straight to room for a nap. Later found some problems with room and we were very quickly allocated another room with a follow up apology. Very helpful front desk staff (Ketan). Lovely clean hotel. Comfortable double room with a/c, fan, toiletries, hot water and good shower. Fridge not very cold. Complimentary water/tea/coffee. Good location for travelling by public transport. Hotel has restaurant which we did not use. Didn't see other eateries nearby. Town centre is 40 mins but recommend rickshaw. Arranged a private taxi with hotel for a day site seeing the white salt plains, driver Asfak was very knowledgeable and a good driver. We would stay here again

Good relaxing break! Friendly, welcoming staff. Very good location for city centre and local transport. Very good staff and very gorgeous rooms and the service is just perfect . The room is fully sanitized. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

This hotel is right next to the Bhuj railway station. Get out of the station and walk into the hotel. The property seemed new but had its quirks. The biggest turnoff was no WiFi/internet even thoughts it is mentioned on their site. The bathroom was very dimly lit and no option of adding more light. The electronic safe could only be operated by a key and not the numeric keypad. The window shade was stuck in closed position. Room cleaning not upto the mark, and specs of dust stuck in hair strands in the corners. Also saw a cockroach in the room. And of course the sound of the train horn in the night a few times was a disturbing factor. Food served was good but again nothing from the local cuisine.

The hotel has only one category of rooms. The rooms were spacious but the house keeping service is pathetic. Gave them the key card to clean the room in the morning but when I came back the room was not cleaned and it was as I left it. Then I had to wait around 45mins for my room to get cleaned which was frustrating. In mean time ordered tea and some snacks for the family which came after 50 - 55 mins and top of that they were tasteless. The food here is pathetic, they will give tawa chapati made from maida instead of whole wheat flour and the breakfast buffet was also pathetic and tasteless. The hotel really needs to work on their service.
