Booked from agoda and once i reached property the man who was in reception told me they have no reservation for me. And they dont have room also. After long time he offered me a small room which is not having bathroom. I have been booked double room. The room was very small and dirty aswell. Bed sheet was used from last stayed people with blood stain and all.not even changed . pillow was dirty without cover. I left the property in the evening and taken another room in kalpetta. Not even an appology from any one.. Worst service and property... I wanted to post the photo of bed sheet. But here i think i cant

Worst staff. Money minded owner. I have booked this hotel on Oyo for less price and did the pre payment as well and the booking was confirmed too but when I went for a hotel for check in they didn't even allow me as I booked for a less price and when Oyo customer care people called the property manager they are picking up the call.

Posting the review again as it got deleted. Visit Date: 25/10/2021. If you are planning to book an Oyo with this hotel think twice before doing it. I booked a room in the morning and informed them that I will reach by night. I paid a part of the money in advance while booking. The experience after reaching there was very pathetic and unsafe. We didn't get the booked room or the booked hotel. Instead, they made us travel to another hotel which is far away from the booked hotel and the room given to us was aesthetics fine but functionally pathetic. No available drinking water, or a functional purifier. The unhygienic bathroom and water were a little brownish.! For travelling to the 2nd hotel they ask us to call a private taxi which again costs more than 100rs, and that too after 10clock in the night. There were no taxis/auto available at that time and finally one caregiver boy drop us in his two-wheeler with triple carrying. I didn't complain at midnight as a safety concern and we were exhausted completely after long travelling. There was no proper staffing to deliver their service to the point and didn't get drinking water at the night(No shops were nearby, no drinking water available in the entire hotel). I should have raised this issue at night itself but I didn't as

I wish I had the -Star options, worst experience even after booking online on Agoda when we arrive there, they check our phones and see how much we paid online and if we paid on any offer and if it's less, they ask extra amount telling you have paid very less. Thankfully I spoke to the customer support at Agoda and got my refund however lost the additional amount which I paid him, didn't even stay 5 minutes at the room, it's that worst.

This is worst experience we had ever in this home stay. 1. Service boy was rude and no proper guidence. 2. Room was very dirty and beds are very smelly, lots of mosquito's. 3. Bathroom is not clean every where leakages. I don't recommend this home stay to any.

Horrifying Experience, utter flop event in the whole trip. My trip was most memorable except the painful and ill treated experience at this place. Suggestion: please don't book here you will end up regretting. Its one of kind, will never see a place or welcoming like this.

Very bad atmosphere. I booked the room thru oyo. Rooms are dirty. Toilet pathetic condition. No bathroom kit and towel provided. No drinking water. They are only providing us the room nothing else. And it is a 2 bhk room ie, we hav to share room with others. Really bad experince. I wont suggest to tak this. There are lots of good homestays available at affordable rate near to this.

Entrance was good with some decorations and remaining rooms and service was wrost. They show all fake photos in google and oyo also, but please visit the hotel and then check-in ., don't expect the service.
