I had a horrible experience with these guys. I had coloured hair which i had done twice in 6months. So i went there and asked for suggestions. They told me either to go for spa or keratin. I asked my hair is damaged already if it is OK to do keratin the lady was like it's totally fine. Then the procedure starts and the nightmare began. She literally was putting hot boiling water on my scalp which was burning like anything . You don't need boiling hot water for opening the cuticles of hair. She had no idea what she was doing. The cream which she applied was supposed to be rinsed off after 45 minutes. They had some issues with somebody so water was not coming I had to wait extra 30 minutes for the wash which literally ruined my hair elasticity ,it was breaking if you just drag the hair . and to my surprise she again used hot water. Hot blow dry. My hair was not even dry and she used iroing machine. Everything that could go wrong was going wrong there. Then when she combed my hair started falling And she knew she messed up. Then she is saying you should not have coloured your hair you did it wrong , because of that the hair has become like this the whole time again and again and again. And after neutralizer again she used hot water. Somehow I survived this horrible treatment. And which should have taken 3 hours max took me more than 5 hours. I would never go here. The people here lack knowledge. And the fact that she did smoothening treatment and said she is doing keratin. Because keratin treatment process is different. I had hair till my back but after two days i got a bob cut injust thank God that my root parts were not severely damaged or I would have gone bald. Please avoid this salon and save your hair. You may not see the damage immediately but they will ruin your hair

This is the worst experience I ever had very worst experience. I asked him to trim my beard 0.5 and he will trim half 0.5 and remaining point 1. And he is hindi he didn't know telugu and english at first he asked 80rupees and I'll give him 100 iam expecting 20rupees change iam waiting for my change he didn't give and he said payment done it's 100rs this is not about money it's about service.
