Classic Residency - Hotel in Mayiladuthurai - Mayiladuthurai, India

The external appearance of the lodge looks good, but not inside the rooms. They asked 1000 rupees for non AC and 1600 for AC rooms. There's no car parking facility. The bed covers and furniture are not maintained up to the mark. There's no hot water available for bathing. On the whole not satisfied with any of the amenities.

Over priced for rooms Paid 1500 for non AC rooms Room is not cleaned and there is dispute between online and offline price. My suggestion is think before go directly

The hotel classic residency was maintained not satisfy...Although it looks good on the outside, the rooms are not so clean on the inside.The room is filled with so many mosquitoes and insects. Not maintained well.. Totally not satisfy

The stay is close to Bus stand. The building looks old and the receptionist are not available many a times. The room was clean, they toilet was ok. The AC was working fine and helped us keep the room cooler in this warmer climate. Not sure if the the blankets etc or washed but had to ask the room service to change them.

Very bad behaviour by the receptionist. We already paid money through online. Still he asking 800 rupees extra and when i refused to pay he said then just go out and cancel through goibibo in rude manner. I called owners number to talk and the owner saying that we are unmarried couples ,and unmarried couples are not allowed so he want extra money of 800 and this is the rules here.and he will not provide any bill for that also.And in their guest it clearly shows that unmarried couples are allowed. And room is not at all cleaned and its smelling of cigarettes. No and full of mosquitos.there is no flush in toilet also. Please i don't book this bullshit room. Book this room if u want to spoil your weekend. such a bad experience.

The pictures on the website is not what reality is! The reality is really pathetic. The bathroom and the toilet wasn't cleaned since ages, there was no cleanliness or maintenance. Three were no blankets provided. I had to check out in an hour because of these many problems. I wonder how the reviews on Justdial and Google are great Would never recommend or advice people to stay here.

Very worst service, false commitment from management. I wont recommend to book rooms in advance in this lodge. I suffered a lot in early morning after arrival even after following up with management on the reserved rooms. Not even qualified for 1 star rating...

Rooms not cleaned well, even spider nets are not removed. Bathroom door lock is not properly fitted. Giving preference for walk-in guests only second preference for guests made paid booking online.
