The food was really good other than all fish items. I would recommend others to try chicken and vegetable dishes, but stay away from sea food dishes. The fish was very old and it tasted like paper. Not sure why the chef is still serving the seafood item if the quality is not met. It looked like it was kept frozen for a longer period of time.

Hotel has hold us for a single missing pillow for more than half an hour. Anyone must check and confirm all available things in room before you check in otherwise thay will make you feel like bunch of thives.

Good food at reasonable price. Service is aso good.

Amazing Kerala parota , must pair it up with chicken curry or fish curry which will blow ur mind.

I made 2 visits to the restaurant, which offers a relative haven in amongst the chaos of busy Alleppey. The hotel is clean, modern, and fresh, and I found the restaurant to be comfortable. The service was excellent. All staff were well presented, polite, and friendly. The menu is varied, and dishes are reasonably priced. I opted for a chicken biriyani and a Kerala Paratha; and chicken 65 on my second visit. The food was excellent, and I left very satisfied.

We stayed at hotel for two nights and had the buffet breakfast and late lunch at the restaurant. The lunch on both days exceeded our expectations. Paneer butter masala, Palak paneer, dal fry, Malai Kofta were so delicious! And we loved the fresh juices: cucumber with lemon, orange, pomegranate. The service was excellent. Anu (Ananda Lakshmi) was checking periodically to see if we are happy. The breakfast was another story. The breakfast buffet was very basic. The idly, sambar, potato curry, dosa (utappam) and puri. That's all for the vegetarians. I understand, that it a typical South Indian breakfast, however the taste was... tasteless. The food should be marked as veg or non-veg, but the proper labels were missing. I had to ask every time: "is it veg or non-veg?" "is it eggless or contains eggs?" The fruit salad didn't have the inviting look, and the fruit juices (watermelon & grape) were overloaded with the sugar. Coffee was only instant. There is a coffee shop in the lobby but it opens at 3pm. Majority of people prefer to have their coffee in the morning, not at 3 pm. Guys, open the coffee shop in the morning, you are losing so many customers! The staff is kind & helpful.

We accidentally visited the place for lunch. The place was above my expectations. Fish dishes tasted fresh and the prawns were cooked without loosing it's flavour. A must try place near the Railway Station. The service is also great
