Classic Regency - Hotel in Alappuzha - Alappuzha, India

Classic regency is a 4-star hotel located very close (~9 mins by car) to the Kerala backwaters boat safari.I really liked how clean the rooms were and the service was exceptionally good (with being served food in the room, prompt cleaning).They also have very good spa services and a very nice gym! Which alas I couldn't explore but would have loved to. On checking in to the hotel, they welcome you with fresh juice and cookies which felt very nice after the scorching heat. It's very difficult to find a clean hotel with hygienic rooms and customer centric service, in this area and this one is definitely a steal.

Easy and smooth check in process, welcome drink (grape juice), friendly staff, spacious room, complementary water and tea, slippers & bathrobe (asked for them), fluffy towels, lots of toiletries, etc. I had a problem at my room, but the reception quickly addressed the issue. I was moved to another room and enjoyed the rest of my stay. Hotel has a swimming pool, gym, spa, coffee shop and the excellent restaurant for lunch and dinner. (The breakfast buffet is so-so) The staff is friendly and accommodating. Good place to stay for one or two nights.

The hotel is conveniently situated next to the beach. You can see the beautiful sunset from the rooftop pool. The room is very clean and modern. This review is written before breakfast but dinner was very nice and service was excellent. Every member of the staff was very nice, polite and professional. I highly recommend the hotel.

My recent dining experience at this restaurant was quite satisfying. The service was impressive, marked by a continuous focus on detail and precision. The food, while not groundbreaking, was quite enjoyable and certainly worth a try. However, the true highlight of this establishment was its inviting ambiance, which added to the overall pleasant dining experience.

Amazing experience! The rooms are very spacious and equipped with all the amenities you could ask for and more. The spa is great too. It's a very homey treatment. The food and service and the restaurant is great as well. Would definitely recommend!

We had an excellent dining experience and ambience that I would highly recommend. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.. The service was top-notch as well, with friendly and attentive staff that made us feel right at home.

Seeking a decent breakfast and a well-appointed restroom on a morning when all the good restaurants were closed, I recently ventured to this establishment. Though initially skeptical of the price, I was pleasantly surprised by the incredible morning buffet, which was a mere Rs. 275 per person. The restrooms are impeccably maintained, the staff is courteous, the food is delicious, and there is ample parking. It is a truly worthwhile experience.

We have been travelling around India for 3 weeks and this is the best service from staff we have experienced. The food has been very good and the room is very well presented and I love the balcony. Would recommend people to stay here. And make sure you take a boat trip (the hotel will happily organise)
