Very bad experience. Rooms are very small they claim 1700 Rs then they said discount we will give and pay 1000 rs.. They didn't give any bill nor took my signature in register... Behavior is too rude.. Foods are worst and then when we were leaving after all payment they claimed 100 rs addition for food... Forced to pay.... Worst hotel in entire siliguri
Service man are drunked and asked for extra money , but when i informed it to Manager , he told not to give a single penny . Manager is polite and good . Pillow are not satisfactory.
Really good behaviour of staffs. I was sceptical by reading other's reviews but the staffs are really helpful. This is my second time staying here and trust me I'm overwhelmed with the staffs behaviour. They are good, helpful and always ready to help. I asked for a room change and they did it. I ask them for directions and everytime they helped. Thanks. I became regular visitor of Classic lodge.
Just because of the location we stayed there for a night. Service is pathetic. Rooms are smaller than maybe a train coup that too with exorbitant price of more than 2200 per night. Had it been Rs 1200 per night, could have deserved a 3 star.
They charge MANDATORY 10% SERVICE CHARGE instead of GST. So DUPING both the government and the customers. Rooms are overly priced. They don't provide minimum drinking water also. Electricity fluctuates. If you are looking for a stay near the station, please look out for other alternatives.
Rooms are cozy but cleaned. Hotels to stay for night halt only.
It's a non star Lodge , but rooms are good ,little cozy . Foods ok, on order getting from outside , Huge mosquito are there which is very annoyed and risky.
Rooms are too small as per the tariff rates.... hotel staff behaviour not satisfactory.... Overall stay experience very bad.... Not recommended at all... Only advantage is the location

Attended a wedding reception. Service staff and security people were very polite and helpful. Location is very good if you want to be in the center of this town, not a very good location if you want a little bit of peace and quiet around you.
