One of the top 3 luxury hotels in Imphal, Classic Grande not only is well-located but also quick to provide service and high-quality food. The staff is well mannered and helps you out the best they can, looking at the fact that the majority of the local population in the city don't speak fluent Hindi or English, having a hotel staff that understands you is crucial to your stay and will help you explore the city better, especially if you want to visit the local market. Overall a good experience.

(Classic Grande)It is the only one Most luxurious and biggest hotel in Manipur till now. Their Hospitality and service are awesome.Beside that it is the 4 star hotel of Manipur.Vehicle parking also very big and comfortable to all the customers.
Considering it being at Imphal, the hotel is excellent. The gym needs to be improved along with a few new machines and instructor. Hotel should provide at least one side airport pickup or drop as a complimentary service.
One of the largest hotels in North East I guess, nicely designed, warm interiors, spacious rooms, wonderful food... All in all, great experience. Do not forget to visit the roof top kebab / grill restaurant !
It was a great stay. Everything was good, room was clean and spacious, Staff were helpful and cooperative and also food was tasty. Overall it was amazing experience. I definitely recommend it to a woman who is traveling solo because it is a very safe property and everything was very nearby from Market to Airport,one can travel easily by reserved cabs or by public transportation.
Everything was good in my 3 days stay here. Except the rude restaurant manager who had some ego played on me for meeting my multiple friends on coffee/juices at different times. The restaurant was 80% empty each time I had guests meeting, but he went on to say I can only spend 1 hour at a stretch regardless of all the food I ordered. This was very unprofessional and unacceptable. Such managers can create a very bad impression on the hotel.
