Excellent gym with good payment offers that with such good infrastructure and maintenance which I have seen or inquired can provide in this market. Mr. SENTHIL and his co-trainers are giving excellent training, conducting weight loss programs too. Apart from weights they are also providing floor exercises that are very helpful ito buld our stamina and core strengthening. Overall excellent gym with good atmosphere.
