Been going to Dr Avanti for a few years and it has been very beneficial to understand my skin better and learning how to take care of it. I love consulting her because she remembers my patient history even when I'm visiting after long gaps. Her team is extremely efficient and quick to reply so it makes the whole process seamless. She is very professional, took the time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice for all of my skin concerns. The service is top-notch, with a clean and hygienic environment. I had a great experience at Claro clinic. I recently had a treatment of hair removal, the staff was so gentle and well trained. The rooms are so hygienic. I had a very good experience with the doctor and the staff.

Terrible staff management. You take an appointment for a certain time and you call them well in advance before reaching explaining that you have work scheduled and you would like to reschedule if the waiting is too long. The staff blatantly lies and asks you to come immediately and then makes you wait for 40 minutes while you end up rescheduling your appointment regardless and blames you for showing up early. Absolutely terrible and no regard for anyone's time. While the doc's good - they need to start respecting other people's time as well.

I have been to many clinics but never saw a clinic as good as this one. The staff was so co operative and nice. Even doctor is also nice. Overall it's a nice experience.

Super friendly & helpful. Now my skin became much better.I highly recommend her to everyone.Also her staff is very helpful

This Dr. Doesn't even deserves a star, pathetic is a word . I have seen her twice in the span of 8days, she could not detect what exactly my problem was, I had a dry patch on upper lip, she prescribed expensive medicines and asked me to take it for 30days, the ointment she suggested spoiled more and I started getting burning sensations on my face, so I visited again even than she failed to diagnose the disease, she had to call her fellow dr. Both of them failed to detect it. Not suggesting this clinic It will be a waste of money and a hole to your pocket. Better visit the experienced Dr and treat the problem. The receptionist are extremely rude like the one we see in Government Hospitals. I wasted my money and lacked the treatment on time from a deserving Dr. Highly not suggested
