One of the finest Hotel Properties I have ever visited . Good location, fine dining , good cozy rooms , good service. Staff is cooperative and gentle . House keeping needs to be more alert while setting up the rooms , so that they don't leave a thing or two. Breakfast is good but repetative , More varieties can be introduced.
The hotel is quite clean with and offers amazing food for a really good rate. It has a really huge lawn and a swimming pool, and the space inside is also quite decent. The staff is really well mannered. It's 3kms from the airport and another 3 kms from the biggest temple.
We stayed in the hotel 2 day and we were 10 people. The experience was terrible and disgusting. Really low level of service for the following details: 1. We could not have a shower because the warm water was missing 2. In the room there was not enough bottles of water, towels and slippers for the people present in the room 3. The attendants did not accommodate our requests. The most disgusting thing that happened was a requested meeting coming from the general manager of the hotel to our organizer. He with another guy (not even hotel's employee) asked and understood if me and my friends has some some sexual interest.
Clarks is a decent hotel with massive ground area. The staff is super warm and friendly but the rooms seemed to be a bit old, however, they have maintained it well. The buffet dinner was not good, it tasted poor with a lot of oil and the service was also wasn't that great. They have a decent sized swimming pool with jogging track and other amenities. It's the first hotel from airport (2-3 mins drive) All in all a decent place to stay when in Khajuraho.
I found the hotel great and the friendliness and treatment of its employees even more. We have left our suitcases after checking out and we have used the pool until it was time to go to catch our train. In my rush I forgot to tip the friendly employee of this establishment who also deserves five stars.
It has huge open space with nice comfortable rooms. Not for the budget traveller as tariff is on the higher side but good for those who enjoy huge spaces and a premium feel.
Clarks Khajuraho is an amazing property. Right from the rooms, the pool, all the amenities are just so Upto the mark. The food is awesome. Every dish is cooked with perfection. The staff is the USP- hospitality, friendliness and very very respectful. I'm coming back again soon.......
After 12 h of travelling by bus, me and my friends we 've arrived in a hotel and in our rooms there were not enough edible water to drink in each room. There weren't neither hot water to get the shower for all nor enough towels. In the room there's bad smell and a lot of humidity. This situation is not acceptable in a 5 stars hotel.
