Clarks Inn Express - Hotel in Amritsar, Amritsar Cantt. - Jalandhar, India

Recently visited this hotel for 2 nights. It's an average hotel, just the brand name is Clarks inn don't know why. They gave us room of our choice , room was clean but ok ok with a small bathroom. They have AC control from reception, you can't change temperature from ur room. We reached at 11 pm and they have no milk available. So we have to order from milk from blinkit for our child ,then they ask to boil it in kettle that's available in room. They don't provide any room service for food , so it's tough for guests with children. They just have bharawan da dhaba at ground floor, and in breakfast they have very limited options , they gave u only ala carte with just 4-5 items in menu. So i think it's not kids friendly hotel . If u are traveling without kids ..then it's fine .

We stayed here for just one night but our experience was very good. To visit Golden Temple this hotel would be a great choice. One can get e-rickshaw just from the hotel gate at Rs.20 per head and reach Temple in 7 to 8 mins. Very clean rooms. Good restaurant with tasty food. Service was also good.

worst experience ever in any hotel. Despite of small rooms n very small bathroom, only reason of stay was just to be near Golden temple. But the staff are the worst, mannerless and full of attitude. I doubt if this hotel belongs to the Clarks Inn Group!!

Right on the Golden Temple way and easy access to e-rickshaws to reach Golden Temple. The rooms (especially the washrooms) are small and slightly uncomfortable. The washrooms were unclean and had to ask them to be cleaned before getting into the room. Bharawan da Dhaba on the ground floor serves tasty and sumptuous food, which is the highlight of this place.

They are having serious shortage of manpower. Rooms size is small but clean, possibly a budget hotel only. Location is near Amritsar ISBT. Food quality is great as they have Bhrawan da dhaba inside. But breakfast starts at 9 AM only which is quite odd. Rest is OK

We stayed for one night. The stay was comfortable, staff was polite and amenities were good enough. The room and especially the bathrooms were bit small but worth the money. The food at bharawan da dhaba (especially breakfast) has scope for improvement.

Don't prefer this hotel, lots of issues here. Washrooms are too small, frequent issues with room AC, do trip almost every. Electric Kettle in room are highly unclean. I got few replaced but equally unclean and with bad smell. Restaurant team response is slow and pathetic. There would be many people available as restaurant team but no body is attentive towards customer. They don't support service for even a cup of milk (even for medicinal requirements) before 9am. A Big problem for senior citizen and travellers with kids. Lot of follow-up require for room AC issues and service at restaurant. Restaurant is not under control of reception desk.
