I stay at there with family for a night. Next at the time of Checkout I forgot my Blutooth neckband in the room and I realised it after leave. I called to hotel and inform management but they didn't give positive response
The hotel rooms are ok but the food is very bad. The hotel restaurant needs real improvement. Most of the junior staff was good as they helped with luggage and room service but while checking out we had a bad experience with then appointed person at reception.
Staff needs to be responsive and helpful. Too many mosquitoes in rooms.

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone coming to bharatpur for stay. The staff is very friendly and the food is really good. Plus the Rooms are clean and hygiene. The Ros are very spacious and the management as well is great.
You would really enjoy with your family and friends. The place is also very near to the Bharatpur bird sanctuary.
