a decent property in Bagalkote, just behind the railway station. the property has ample parking space and has the required amenities (restaurant, AC in the room, cleanish bathrooms). few things to consider..there's no geyser or kettle in the room for a hot shower and to make tea.. we'll have to connect with the reception for hot water. but then, Bagalkote is a warm area, we didn't need to take bath in hot water. the towels are not very very clean. there were some minor stains. but since we carried our own towels, it wasn't a deal breaker. the tatasky in the room wasnt activated. i may be nitpicking, but maybe the reception would have recharged if i had asked for it. I didn't, because we hardly stayed in the room. elevator is dark and shady. my 2 year old had a tough time in it.while i didn't avail the on-site hotel for breakfast or meals. i think this is an overall decent vfm hotel. will stay here again if I'm in Bagalkote.

stayed here when i visited Badami, basis review, i was kind of apprehensive, but, it was good. Just that surrounding can be cleaned up. Rooms were decent, i was upgraded from Executive to bigger room. So, definately my experience was awesome. it was family visit. though it was way outside Badami, i felt it was right decision, considering how disappointed i was with my visit to Badami.

I stayed here while on a business trip. Though the room was big but not clean, the bathroom was dirty. and I personally prefer brightly lit room, which it was certainly not, highly disappointed.

Never visit !!!!!! Worst experience ever had....we ordered hyderabadi chicken Biriyani and they gave us palak rice with rotten chicken....even though after complaining also the staff's were not responding. Very bad service with worst food. They don't even deserve this single star.

Very bad experience. Infrastructure of hotel and rooms are good, but no maintenance. Poor customer service. Staffs are local and not trained well. The money they are charging for rooms and extra beds are not worth as per their services. There are problems in lighting, bathroom door locks, plumbing and what not... Mainly location of hotel if out of city which doesn't give you access to autos or any kind of transport.

Very bad service. We reached there 9pm. No hot water. No bathroom towel. After we asking they provided. Flush not working. Next day morning nightmare to take out our car. Parking was not managed.
