It was a missionary and charitable hospital in the beginning, this hospital was started at the British time by the British empire. That's why this is a very old hospital, but now a days it has changed to private hospital and the owner is making money from this missionary hospital. That is not a good symbol. If you are poor then you can't go and not get appointment easily. You have to pay full fee of doctors and hospital. I am disappointed because of this. But the doctors are good and hospital is clean and big. This hospital is located at chowky choraha near ratan deep complex. My mother is admitted since last 2 days in icu but there is no doctors available, they said doctor will come on Monday it means after 3 days...I think this is not the emergency situation. Very bad ....

It was very good hospital before 30 years but now there is no hospitality like hospital untrained nurses pathetic management, no facility of water in general bard, washroom was very dirty. No R.O. water in hospital all patients getting water from tap, patients are calling but nobody pay attention towards him like nurses they very busy in her cellphone and video call to friends. No proper fans facility for patients in general bard. I was very sad to see it when I went to complain for no water in bard than I saw the maintenance department head was sleeping in A.C. room at 01:39am. No service's like hospital .

Please don't take any heart patient to this hospital. Very bad treatment they give.. Dr Khandelwal pathetic doctor till now i have seen. No humanity no courtesy of talking to patient family member. Worst hospital in Bareilly. Patients are ATMs for them. They develops new diseases in patients and then demands for the money for treating the self developed disease. I admitted my mother for high sugar on 2nd May 22. On 3rd May 2022, They given chilled water bath to her in ICU and then applied ice bricks on her chest along with cold air into breath via pipe which resulted into lungs infection(pneumonia) and then generated all bills for the pneumonia which they created by applying ice and chilled water bath. Now my mother is very critical so I took discharge from there silently else they could kill my mother too by giving some wrong medicines.
