Location - It is located between durgapura flyover and triveni flyover near the triveni flyover. Parking - They have adequate parking space inside the hospital campus. Services - They have covered everything in a seamless manner. You won't have to worry about anything but I cut off one star due to serious issues I faced at the crucial moment of operation of my patient. I wanted to get my patient admitted under rghs but they did not apply my admission through rghs due to the old photo of the patient. I took admission through cash and paid advance payment of the treatment and requested them to apply through rghs as I was paying through cash. If the rghs application was supposed to be cancelled then it was my issue if it would be accepted then the hospital would have refunded me. It shouldn't have any issue to the hospital as they were getting all the money still they didn't apply through rghs. I ensured them to get it updated by the next day and showed that i am not a fake person I am a class 1 govt officer. They were expecting me to update the photo immediately through emitra leaving my patient at the hospital at such a crucial hour. I complained about such behaviour at the rghs counter to the feedback team. One other thing they don't have a single chair to sit on any floor except the ground floor. Doctors - They have good experienced doctors. Nursing staff - They all were very good. Their behaviour was soft and caring with the patient and other people. Cafe - They have a good cafe area where you could enjoy snacks and other stuffs. Campus - It has a huge area covered with green space. It makes the hospital environment amicable. Baby delivery - They did c-section and it was smooth. We didn't face any issue in that. Bed availability - They have issues with this. You may face problem in allotment of bed or desired room. They have multiple bed rooms such as four bed, two bed rooms and private rooms ( luxury, suite etc). Cost - It is very costly if you are paying with cash. Good for rghs, insured or CGHS patients. Overall - Apart from that admission and rghs counter my experience was good with the hospital.

Doctor Puneet Gupta is excellent but Management is not worthy.They don't treat patients like patients.If you are paying cash then it's okay otherwise they don't treat people carefully if you are covered under RGHS and they come up with new excuses daily. They were very eager to discharge my father with oxygen level 82.They should call themselves a high end hotel not hospital which is only for VIP bureaucrats and businessmen.They have issue with RGHS

One of the best in Rajasthan. Most caring nursing staff. This hospital is on the rise as most of the known doctors in the city are joining this hospital.

The best hospital in Jaipur. The staff and services are excellent. Unlike other hospitals which are over burdened with people this is a well organised hospital. It has one of the best doctors in the city. The only downside is limited options to eat.

I took service from dr Vipin Jain for laproscopy and he operate very well so he is very good surgeon also there nursing staff provide good caring and solve each doubt with good manner.

I recently had an experience at Rukmani Birla Hospital and overall, it was a positive one. My baby was admitted to the NICU for 15 days and I must say that the care provided by the neonatology doctor Dr. Vivek Gupta was exceptional. The NICU staff including Rajender, Sanjay, Indra, Ganesh, Neha, Aasha, and Ekta were all very attentive and provided excellent care to my baby. They were very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease during a very stressful time. The admission staff, Krishna, was very helpful during the admission process and even during the discharge process and bed shifting from NICU to wards. Dr Vibha Madam and her staff Lakshita, Dr Varsha were also very helpful during our stay. The overall staff at Rukmani Birla Hospital is very knowledgeable and helpful. However, I must mention that the 5th-floor staff could be better. When my baby was moved from the NICU to the ward, they were not providing the medicine on time and did not bother to take my baby's vitals even after multiple reminders from Dr Vivek Gupta. Their rude and unprofessional behavior was disappointing. Overall, I would highly recommend Rukmani Birla Hospital, especially for neonatology services provided by Dr. Vivek Gupta sir and the NICU staff. The hospital has a great team of professionals who are knowledgeable, attentive, and caring. My experience was mostly positive, except for the 5th-floor staff. Therefore, I would rate this hospital 4 out of 5 stars.

Went for full body health check up. Process was smooth and also management was good but took too much time.
