Doctors are good but i don't understand the attitude these staff members have who receive the calls from us. They have so much arrogance in their voice and damn that attitude. Stupid mannerless behaviour no decency at all. Doctors are so polite and respectful but call receiving staff they are the worst then ever.

This place is good but security gaurd send the people first who know them it's not good we all go to this place because of problems but other people doesn't care about other. they break the line and have a good relation with security they gotta a vip entry , they are free within half an hour but if you go threw lines and maintain humanity you loose your whole to checkup only. Government should take action against them. Please have an eye on this action

doctors are good... but nurse are mannerless.. they have attitude like they are the highest authority here.. they won't attend pateint in night ..they send trainees and sleep themselves in office. very dissatisfied with service here

Some staff nurses are very careless and non attentive. Wash rooms Are unhieginic Doctors are brilliant.

Really unpaithic service by nurses they don't know what kind of attitude they have if any patient need any thing they just ignore and just using his phone and in last incident im admit in that hospital i have extrem pain in my chest when i say do something they dnt know what to do and said my father ask to doctor really after 1 hours the doctor come i thought i was died there then i said to nurse why u are so late if i was dead then u will come then she showing me attitude and saying we are not here personal nurses really u have to take care of patients not seating their and playing with ur phone after they just refer me to near chowk hospital ,i request to all the high authorities of that hospital please change they nurses staff or just shut down the hospital if u dnt know what kind of behaviour nuses shows to the patients and to their attendent.

.... 01 counter( 02staff) for registration for all (04 lines). No priority for any1 . Excessive crowd at registration counter in morning time and No 1 cares either they're hitting or pushing some1 becz of FIRST ME policy . All section'ld be provided with separate registration counter for the convenience of patients( crowd may reduce). However medical facility is good n better than expectations . But somewhere needs to improve registration facility . Refer to Gyne OPD .. reception still awaiting for starting and a few benchchairs and plastic chairs provided for the patients , but this is not sufficient due to more no. Of patients. However system is changing and working to provide best services to the citizens but Medical facilities are necessary in daily life so Shortcomings'ld be dealt at the priority basis. Doctors are commendable, but few staff member's behaviour is just awful.
