First get the form from handicap people who sit near road inside campus, this road is leading to hospital. Then get permission from sector 6 Jhajjar karyalaya civil hospital. Come back here again, go to Baljeet in green building,pay Rs500, get the tests done in this hospital, give the report to balajeet and go with him to main sec 6 karyalaya hospital, he will take the report to CMO, CMO will sign report in your presence only, after that collect the medical form from Baljeet and submit to your department.

The Hospital is good but not clean.

Civil Hospital of Jhajjar, is like any other govt run hospital, lack of resources and plenty of patients. But outside civil hospital there are plenty of Hospitals, Labs and Medical store and Civil Hospital acts like an eco system of healthcare services.

It is 100 beds hospitals,good health service, good staff ,well clean .

Very crowd maximum medicine are not available no arrangements at registration 20 AC are blow in the head of public they feel very trouble lb

Worst service, just need sign and stamp for admission in college but it take then 2 days and still doctor not present.

In emergency cases there is non availability of doctors. Every case sent to pgi rohtak

Doctor is not coming on time . Patients are waiting and the situation is very crowded. No discipline. Patients have to wait till the end , some of them don't have any option but to wait. Doctor is just coming when they deem fit . No care for the patient who are waiting non stop. They also sent back patients,when they can't test patient and tell them to come next day....but why we have to come next day and then next day...they should come on time and check accordingly. They are very careless seriously. @k
