Some doctors are very professional and very polite with patients while others are just opposite. Skin specialist and some others doctors don't even listen to patient's problem. Very Bad experience with them. But ENT specialist DR. Aggrawal is best among all in the hospital
Not a convenient feelings being at Civil Hospital Khanna with heavy hoardings reflecting professionals on desk . On 08/10/20 skin specialist was approached for a keloid injection , she seemed to be free but was on emergency duty so she asked to meet her on Tuesday (13/10/20) So as per the day Doctor was approached vide OPD No 643666 of 13/10/20 for which Doctor talked about being too busy , it's a very sensitive matter won't be able to help , don't have proper equipment and facilities to work with and over that have to attend to some major duties , all this while in her cabin with some patients , so can't help with injection you may need to come next day . On being asked sure next day , the answer was not sure she may come or may not come. This is an approach of Medical Officer on duty , it doesn't add to laurals or praise of professionalism in the field of health . It breeds quackism and unrelented flow of wasteful cash .
The worst experience. No one knows where the doctors are, doctors cabin are open and theirs no one to attend patient. Came for a ultrasound scan and the treatment lab assistants provide is pathetic. The most unsystematic government hospital.
