City Xpress Hotel Rooms - Hotel in Panaji - North Goa, India

I want to rate a 5star because, I had stayed in many of the nearby hotels but this hotel steals my heart as they have very clean rooms with good bed,linens ,clean washroom ,no stinking and no seepage rooms .both Yogi and his colleague who works there are very good,helpful.They will arrange a parking space for you so no need to worry. We had a issue with the Ac which stopped all of a sudden and we had to leave for a function.The staff arranged another room for us, got all our luggage and belongings kept in the cupboard scattered to another in our absence .From outside the hotels look little shabby but the hotel is really good .

Small but nice and clean rooms, Well behaved and co-operative staff, no inhouse restaurant, all amenities are in good condition including lift, location in the heart of Panjim City, Decent stay for those who are looking for a satisfactory stay in reasonable payout, Nice

The man in the reception named yogi bhaiya was really exceptional...such a nice behavior... a little bit difficulty in finding the hotel but the rooms was very clean ....

City Comforts Hotel is very Clean n Neat.Only Thing is room service to order from outside is not available but overall Experience is too good.I recommend this hotel to stay with Family n friends

I had booked room for 2 days overall staff was good and supportive. There were issue with non availability of crockery for having food we purchased paper plate from out side also we asked for hot water it was not available same has to be purchased from other restaurant. Atleast basic things should be available. thank you for your support we will be visiting once again hope there will be no such issues repeated again.

The building looks delipidated from outside. The lodging occupies only two floors. There is no restaurant on this premises and no room service. The staff members are very polite and helpful. The main problem with this hotel is there are no windows in ac rooms. Once you occupy this room you are totally cut off from the outside world. In case of emergencies like fire the rooms literally become oven. Surprise how the authorities turn blind eyes to this and issue license to this hotel. Oyo should also take note of this.

Just pathetic, A big No to this hotel. 1. Room has AC but no fan so you will definitely fall sick. 2. They don't provide RO filter for water in the hotel, when you ask for it they will tell you to get the bottle from nearby shop. 3. You will face powercuts 10-12 times in a day for 10 mins. 4. Most of the time, life didn't work. 5. Room is just a box with 8*8 dimensions with no window and ventilation so you won't be comfortable. 6. worst thing is they didn't remove polythene from mattress so you will feel sleeping on polythene all the time. I would suggest not to go for this box type hotel.

Worst Experience! Never ever book this hotel. It's a loss of your money... The staff over here is not cooperative they don't know how to talk to customers. I booked 1 rooms for 2 people and the room they gave didn't even match the photos they have uploaded on the OYO app. The walls of the room smells so bad that you can't wait there for a minute And it's just been one hour and a loads of complaints. Staff is unprofessional. It just looks good from outside but from inside it's worst than a 3rd graded lodge... I paid 2600 for the room, but i think that the owner should pay us for living in there hotel. Worst Staff Worst Rooms And Worst experience. They don't even deserve 1 star!
