City Westend - Hotel in New Delhi, Delhi - West, India

Worst place ever. Rooms are highly untidy. There are no fans. There are no proper charging points. We cannot charge our phones. There are random wires all over the place. The hotel lobby is disgusting. Carpets have not been vacuumed. Stained bed sheets, towels. If you ask them for towels and remind them twice also, they still take 1 hour to send it to your room. Breakfast everyday is the same spread. Just 4-5 dishes. Breakfast starts at 7 but all the dishes are ready only by 8. Bathroom is not clean. Disgusting. Room ac does not work. Managers do not respond to customers. Not even worth 2k for a night. They checked us into the room late , offered to only change our room to a worse room with leaking bathrooms. Disgusting place. Not even worth 1000 for a night.

I recently stayed at City Westend Hotel in New Delhi, and unfortunately, it was a highly disappointing experience. The staff's attitude left much to be desired - their rudeness was quite off-putting. Moreover, the room I was assigned was in a state of disrepair. None of the plugs seemed to be functioning, and even the fridge was out of order. This made for a very inconvenient stay, to say the least. Regrettably, every time I approached the staff for assistance, my requests were met with refusal. It was disheartening to experience such a lack of willingness to address these issues. In conclusion, my stay at City Westend Hotel was far from what I expected. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving the overall guest experience.

Overall amazing experience. Came here to celebrate my friend's bachelorette. The rooms are well maintained with clean washrooms and the staff is also very polite. Icing on the cake is the location of the hotel as it is very close to club road making access to all eateries readily available. Also, the breakfast taste really good. However, a little problem is with the view as some sort of construction is going on behind the room and people passing by can peep inside your room if not curtained.

I recently stayed at this hotel all I have to say is don't get fooled by the flashy photos uploaded by the management. The room in which I stayed in , had lots of wood work which looked old and dilapidated. The tv screen was broken . There was algae on the walls . The mat in the room was damp and smelly. To my shock there were cockroaches in the bathroom and on the tv cabinet! The sheets were dirty and torn. All in all it was one of the most unkept , shabby and horrible hotels I ever stayed at! This hotel is in a desperate need of a revamp .

A good hotel in Punjabi bhag location , rooms were spacious , but felt some dusty dusty. Room lighting is less illuminated , difficult to read or work with room light. There is no charging point near the bed, but the hotel team supported with an extension cable. The restaurant is located on the first floor and if you are an early raiser have to wait till 730 to 8 to get the breakfast ready, food is really yummy, The area is a busy area so won't be having a calm ambience. Hotel management may take a bit of focus on the maintenance and providing the basic amenities (my perspective). Laundry charges they charge is bit higher.(no inhouse laundry service)

The room was clean and tidy and feels like luxury and behaviour of the staff is good. The quality of food is very good and it's value for money.Its located near Punjabi bhag West metro station.The experience of staying here was excellent.

It's a nice place to stay and it is a couple friendly but the rooms and things needs to be renovated a bit..

I booked 10 rooms for my family .. Ac not working in 5 of the rooms .. no action taken in this concern .. maindoor locks are broken and still no room changed ... Washroom locks also broken . Untidy rooms.. smelling smoke .. Worst hotel .. worst management ..worst service ..such a waste of money
