Nice place to visit , a lot of items in museum , very well conserved , well maintained by the authorities. Nice city view , I have added some of my clicks . Personally , liked the place , nice review of old things conserved in a very good manner . This place is a tourist attraction for the city.
I guess this is one of the smallest live fort of India. It is located in the center of city. The roads are small and like a maze. There is only one way to enter and exit the fort.There are lost of shops to buy clothes, jewellery and souvenirs. There are some cafes too. Try to do some negotiations while buying from the market.
It is a point close to the Fort from where one can get a bird's eye view of the city of Jaisalmer. It is not a very large city and one can see the whole city with a 360deg turn. There also appears to be a cafe or a restaurant of a similar name, but it was closed when I went at 8 in the morning. There is a huge cannon placed there, since ages, I guess. Just a place where tourists aggregate to get a glimpse of the town's expanse. The way is through narrow streets that slowly climb upward.
Nice point, while city was visible from here. A person was singing welcome song as well with his little son and the son was learning the tradition of Jaisalmer. So welcoming vibes were coming.
Best place to enjoy the serene beauty of the City of Jaisalmer. It's located on the Northern side of the Fort and you can come here only by getting into the Fort. Sometimes Google Maps suggests that there's no need to enter into the fort but no, you need to enter into the fort to get to this point. MUST COME IN MORNING TO HAVE THE BEST VIEWS. Thank You! :)
Peaceful experience with a gentle breeze rustling through. The tea, coffee and snacks served near the "Canon view point" add to the serene enjoyment that you experience. A panoramic view of the entire city of Jaisalmer with Sand dunes and deserts far in the background can be easily seen. A great place to spend some quality time

Fabulous 2 night stay in the desert in a small camp of 20 tents. Great food lovely ambiance fantastic sunsets and sunrises. Peacocks, goats rabbits also in the camp. Really great fireside entertainment- the dancer was particularly good. Trips to dune
